Location wise this hotel is second to none, being in the Harbour. from the moment you enter you see the mix of history with considered style and architecture, that works perfectly. If you get chance to small room at the top of the hotel is perfect for seeing the whole of St Martin de Re whilst being able the reflect and relax. An amazing place to stay

Stayed here for 2 nights and what a fabulous sanctuary, we know the town well from numerous day trip but wanted to stay overnight to see the beautiful lace go to sleep and wake up. The hotel is right in the middle of Saint Martin but so far away from the tourist throng. It is amazing, so chic and comfortable, the garden with pool is so quiet,the owner so friendly and if you stay you must have drinks in the tower, what views

The best experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the one I got to stay in for one of the nights was probably the most chic I've ever seen. (Black and gold with brown wood) Each room is different but they all have exceptional design and they're also large with high ceilings which I loved. You feel special staying here. There's a beautiful garden/yard with a pool and eating out there is a true pleasure. I went with friends and we had such a magical time. Also, the location is ideal and as a guest, you can get discounts at some local shops. Perfect for couples, solo, or with friends. We can't wait to return.

Great location and wonderful host Jerome makes you very welcome with good attention to detail Free car parking though is not close and though safe Id have preferred to pay and know the car was close by.

- La prestation de service qui fait la différence entre un hôtel et chambre d’hôtes n’est pas à la hauteur. 3 nuits passées sans jamais que la chambre ne soit « refaite ».
- Une prestation complémentaire ( créneau dans l’espace sur le toit ) indigne des 2 fois 25€ pour un « apéritif », qlqs morceaux de saucissons bref si nous avions su, nous aurions complété en allant à la supérette.
- Spa de nage pas en route alors que dixit propriétaire « plus gros week end de l’année » !!!
Le reste est entre bien et très bien.
Voilà voilà un peu déçu

Découverte de Saint Martin en Ré et du SECRET : Accueil très agréable dans un lieu magnifiquement décoré . Un parfum de figue très doux flottait dans cette maison prolongée d'un jardin ombragé et paisible. Chambre d'hôte ALCOVE ! Lieu à découvrir et à indiquer ! Bonne continuation aux propriétaires ! Délicieux séjour dans un lieu magique et plein d’âme. Des objets chinés, parfois détournés, avec beaucoup de goût et d’inspiration. Un havre de beauté où les éléments du savoir-faire ancien sont associés avec justesse à la modernité. On est si bien dans le salon u coin du feu!!! Notre hôte, Jérôme, très accueillant, nous a donné plein d’excellents conseils de restos, d’excursions à pied ou à vélo… Très belles vacances au Secret!

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour en famille dans le Secret avec notre petite fille de trois ans et demi. Les chambres donnent sur un jardin très calme où il fait si bon s'arrêter à la mi-saison. La maison, sereine et chaleureuse, est décorée avec raffinement. L'acceuil est pensé dans les moindres détails (y compris pour les jeunes enfants). Une étape d'exception que l'on quitte en rêvant déjà d'y revenir!
