Hotel Macon la Salle

This is a budget hotel, it was clean with basic facilities, there is a fan tv bed in the room i did not try the breakfast so can not comment. this would not be my first choice of hotels but it was a case of finding somewhere to sleep after a vehicle breakdown. The lady on reception was friendly and helpfull it was nearly midnight i was hot and sticky and needed somewhere to sleep, i got a shower and got into bed, the area is not the best going by the locks on all the windows and the police presence in the car park advising us to make sure all valubles were out of sight and the car locked. The hotel car park also states that there is no surveilance cameras in operation. I would stop here again if i had to but it would not be my first choice if i had time to book in advance.

Super good choice. Kind personel, clean, good layout for 5 persons. Not a 5 star luxury hotel but exactly what you need for a transer hotel on your way to Paris from Italy. I surely use it again on my next trip to Paris! Parking is free and aboundant

Arrived at the hotel after following directions provided by the hotel on email, wasn’t allowed to park as directed and when we asked the staff were we could park the staff become aggressive and very unhelpful. We were turned away and had nowhere to stay.

The hotel was very suitable for my purposes. The hotel was clean and friendly and I would recommend it. The hotel is in a good location and very easy to reach. They have nice rooms with en suite bathrooms.

A practical and clean stay with a very professional and friendly staff with parking facilities. The great thing about this hotel is that it is near the highway and that the check-in can also be done during the night (24/24)

L’accès à l’hôtel quand on va vers Lyon est improbable. Passer par Mac Do,traîner ses bagages ou bien ils restent sur un parking d’autoroute

L'emplacement pas du tout pratique si vous allez dans le sud. Il faut descendre vers la sortie de l'A7 (10min) et puis faire le demi tour et reprendre l'A7 pour monter vers le nord, car l'hôtel se trouve dans une aire. Pour continuer le voyage vers sud le lendemain, il faut d'abord rouler vers le nord pendant 15 min et puis au péage, faire le demi tour pour repartit dans le sud. Chambre salle, humide, mal insonorisée et surtout très chaude à cause de la manque du système ventilation. Pas de porte pour la salle de bains. La douche est pire que celle de la commune. L'accueil froid et même vulgaire, homophobe. La dame nous a fait des remarques très déplacées car on a réservé un lit double. En tant qu'adultes avec une relation reconnue par l'Etat et la loi, je constate que l'accueil n'a pas le droit de dire avec qui je dois voyager et je dois dormir.

Les lattes du lit se sont cassees dans la nuit j'ai finalement dormi par terre. Je demande le remboursement integral.
