I booked two deluxe rooms at the hotel. but the time I reached there they offered me 1 deluxe and one average room. The other room was not good as my expectations. overall experience was average.

I am not satisfied with hotel room as I have corporate booking I got worst room of the hotel where seeling full of fungus,bed sheet was spotted ,toilet was not flash and flash was also not working instant I am asking flash is working or not they said it's working ,no hot water is come from tap and no shawar is available in hotel room,telephone is not working . It was worsted experience ever in my life. Please make survey of room no. 406and other rooms

"Terrible experience. The washroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained. For the price, the hotel didn’t meet basic standards. The staff was also unprofessional. Would not recommend."

The location was good, it is nearby by the railway station. The food was not up to the mark. It was just average. Services were poor, they didn't even provide the sleeper.

Poor rooms. Very bad. Not clean. Poor service. I would not prefer to come again to this facility. Bathing and washing facility are terrible. Not maintained properly

Broken ac no remote for ac blanket was dirty and having dark color stains in washroom the pot was not flushing properly we had to use bucket broken light switches broken door handle i booked a deluxe room
