Everything is top notch, just wish there's microwave in the room.

All the staff from reception to house keeping were super nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, nice property. Only reason my rating isn’t higher is that our shower was not clean when we went to use it in the morning. Made me question how well the rest of the room was cleaned

This is a clean property with good locations. Friendly staff. You can easily find a parking space.

The ladies at check in were very friendly and helpful upon check in. Rooms were nice and clean. Great place to stay and close to the airport. We also ate at the hotel and the food was great!

My paid reservation for 2 nights was resold because I didn’t show up during my check in. I had an emergency and calling the hotel was the last thing on my mind. I successfully changed the reservation to another name because it was clear I would not be able to make it anymore via ******* but my guest was told it had already been canceled due to a no-show on Friday 03/15 for a reservation that had been fully paid for a month ago. This dinosaur policy needs to be fixed. If I prepaid for a reservation , and I decide or my guest decide to show up 24 hours later on check in day , don’t tell me my reservation is counted as a no show for a paid reservation. ******* tried talking to the staff and was told there was nothing that could be done for a paid reservation.

The lady up front wasn’t to helpful upon check out time. Other then that my stay was excellent

A nice new hotel that still had the new flooring smell. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was a domestic across the hallway at 5:15am. Not the time I wanted to wake up but not the hotels fault. The breakfast was good but I disagree with the description of full breakfast. It’s the same continental breakfast you get elsewhere, eggs potato’s and toast all served by you.

I was in Sacramento for a meeting and all the hotels downtown were completely booked. So, I booked the Hyatt Place Int'l Airport. It was just perfect. It's about 15 minutes to downtown Sacramento, so that worked perfectly. The hotel has very friendly staff, is super clean and the room is very comfortable. The rooms, again spacious and comfy, have a great size tv with a lot of tv options. However, be sure to pack your own lotion. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, body wash- but no lotion. I totally forgot to pack floss, the hotel does offer complimentary toothpaste & toothbrush (if you forgot yours), but sadly no floss. NOT a major thing, I was just bummed that I forgot mine. LOL I slept very well, even facing the highway. The area is close to food, but the hotel does a great bar with food at night and free breakfast (!!) in the morning. LOVED that. I would absolutely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

We traveled all the way from WA state. After 12 hours of driving, we got to the hotel (with 2 under 2) and they told me they didn’t have the king bed available that I secured. The playpen that they let us use was broken. I went to shower the next morning and during, found out there was no shampoo. So I had to get out of my shower to ask room service for shampoo. After some was brought, get back in the shower and find the body was was out as well. Breakfast can’t go to the rooms so it was a little inconvenient with kids. Clean, just unsatisfied after a long trip.
