This place is a hidden jewel. I have stayed in many IHG hotels for years and I am seriously expressing that this hotel is above and beyond with even some Crowne Plazas I have stayed before. Inside this Holiday Inn Express, the environment and staff makes you feel like home. Their friendliness and attention to details surpassed my expectations. This is my second time staying here and I have to say that I am looking forward to stay again. The rooms are decent and comfortable. It’s an express. They make sure these rooms are very clean and the policy they have of clean on demand provides the guests with more privacy. They won’t wake you up to clean the room! Just need to hang a sign if you want the room clean, and not like other hotels that you need to hang it to not be disturbed. Some reviewers gave 4 stars because of exterior and location but people don’t realize this is not their fault because the tram rails are on the front. This place has free parking. So far is the only hotel I have stayed that has that. I strongly recommend this place if you are in the area and have a vehicle like I did.

Che sorpresa è stato questo hotel! Ci siamo messi in viaggio per una notte in Croazia, solo per trovare alcune delle camere più confortevoli, il servizio più attento e alcune delle migliori cibo che abbiamo avuto in un po'. Inconsigliato e fortemente raccomandato per chiunque viaggia in auto dal Regno Unito al Sud dell'Europa, è anche vicino all'autostrada principale, ha un bel ponte e un parco franco-tedesco di amicizia attaccato alla schiena. Vale la pena di andare e di fare il cudo al personale.

Da l'offerta alla ricezione personale in loco tutto è stato per la nostra piena soddisfazione. Evidenziare è il servizio estremamente amichevole, l'attenzione del personale e il senso di essere visto e percepito come ospite. Abbiamo soddisfatto tutti i nostri desideri e il nostro gruppo di 75 persone era soddisfatto, il che è davvero un complimento per un tale numero di persone. Molti vogliono tornare in privato. Non dimenticare la custodia. La pulizia delle camere deve essere menzionata in modo esplicito, poiché in qualità di collegata ho ricevuto un feedback positivo. Cari ospiti di InterCity o di altri hotel: anche gli ospiti sono solo persone e fanno del loro meglio, sotto l'aspetto della grande carenza di personale, che si dovrebbe davvero riconoscere e apprezzare. Pertanto: datevi feedback, dite a volte grazie e anche il personale si rallegra di un sorriso! Diremo grazie e ritorneremo definitivamente!
