Questo hotel è fantastico, ma ho prenotato il mio soggiorno su trip.com non sono stato in grado di venire lì il primo giorno del mio viaggio 20/08/2020 Ho chiamato per ottenere un adeguamento al mio inizio e ho avuto la possibilità di correre in giro e fino a al 31/08/2020 non c'è stato nessun adeguamento, ho perso un giorno del mio viaggio e nessun rimborso 😒

Ho soggiornato a gennaio 2018 in questa meravigliosa,imponente, stupenda struttura. Bellissimo Resort,camera grande lato vista mare,idromassaggio,soggiorno, frigo rifornito continuamente, ristorante elegante, pietanze illimitate, pulizia, cortesia, security ad ogni piano,cocktail fantastici, spiaggia da cartolina ecc ecc. Bellissima vacanza e avrei il desiderio di ritornare al Bahia!

Our first time in Jamaica. What a trip!My husband and I loved everything . First, the drive from the airport to the resort takes about 1 hour, but the scenery is beautiful . Didn't feel too long. As soon as we arrived, we were treated like special guests... even if we didn't book anything special. The resort is on the smaller size, which we loved. There are plenty of little resting spots on the property to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The sunset bar is a must to watch the magical sunsets. The beach is not too big, but since it is in a bay, there were no waves , the water was crystal clear and soooo warm. There is a great selection of water sports offered. Even the glass bottom boat ride was included. We saw corals, exotic fish and so much stuff. The room: seemed to have been upgraded a few years ago. We love the walk in closet and the italian style shower. We loved the room. The food... soooo delicious. Not sure there would be many vegan options, but if you love to eat everything, you won't be disappointed. Staff in the restaurants is also great. We loved Keston. He was so fun to talk to and his smile was priceless. Honestly, all the staff is precious. Our drink fairy on the beach, Terri-Ann, was the best. Her friendliness was so contagious. We loved her. She was so entertaining. All restaurants offered great food and the bars offered great drinks. The hotel staff even called our room a couple times during the week, to make sure everything was good. The entertainment team is great . They announce the activities every morning. They are so sweet. They dont push the people to participate to the activities, which we appreciated. Please go!
