Rueil-Malmaison: i migliori hotel con palestra

Questo hotel era bellissimo. Non posso dire abbastanza di camere confortevoli letti amiche personale che si sono spostati dal loro modo per fare Parigi una vacanza non dimenticheremo mai. Grazie speciali a Kloe alla ricezione. Non dimenticherò mai la tua gentilezza. Grazie a Jessica che mi ha dato un massaggio sorprendente il mio ultimo giorno. Grazie a Louise e a un collega che ci ha guardato a cena. Questo hotel merita un rating di cinque stelle e più . Sarei felice di rimanere qui e andare da nessun altro bello e rilassante. I stay frequently in this hotel. The staff is wonderful, very professional and treat you extremely well. The location near the RER station is very convenient whether you need to go in Paris notre muros, or La Défense business district or RUEIL business district. You get very large room, good breakfast. Definitely an excellent value for money!

Ottima struttura alberghiera collocata in buona posizione per visitare Parigi perché in prossimità della rete. Nelle vicinanze dell'albergo vi sono tanti locali in cui poter cenare bene. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante e stanze pulite. Consiglio Novotel

I was looking forward to staying here and as we arrived I thought what a lovely place. We were welcomed at the hotel by a charming receptionist and shown to our bedroom. To begin with it appeared ok, but the toilet seat was broken and the toilet would not stop running water,. We did report this but it could not be repaired. The furnishings, apart from the curtains and bed, were very poor quality, tatty and ”well used”. The coffee machine was a complete failure, all it would do would flood everywhere so we gave up on that. A box of tissues in the bathroom with one tissue in it , A leaky plug in the sink etc., etc. This is a four star hotel and this was more like a two star. Anyway, we decided to have a swim and were so disappointed that we would have to book in advance and it would cost 45 euros each for one hour. WHAT!!!!!!!! 90 euros for the two of us????????? Needless to say we did not do that. The Saturday was very wet and we decided to have a snack in the lounge. Well, another disappointment that was closed and we were told that they open on all the other days but close Saturday lunchtime. This hotel needs a wakeup call!!! You are in Paris, Saturday when there are tourists and you close your bar. The dinner was very nice, the breakfast could have been great if they had remembered to put milk in the coffee machine. After pointing out there was no milk when it arrived we got a coffee. YUK, so strong could not drink it, in fact I decided that they had allowed that to happen so you would not have a coffee for breakfast, This was the same for the two days that we were there. It could be a five star hotel but they have to improve on the basic needs of their customers, or are they not bothered???
