The hotel is in a bad location. It's a long walk to the nearest business center.Worst of all, poor service!It's time to check in, but you still have to wait an hour...Because the room is not cleaned……And no one settled you for this hour!

This hotel seems to have nothing to do with Hilton.Poor location! Poor service!No business centers!Worst of all, the nearby building is still being renovated...

很滿意的一次入住體驗，居住體驗更加便捷與舒適，每一項設施都精緻且實用。房間衞生非常幹 凈，需要客房服務的時候總是很及時提供。前台服務非常周到，我是攜帶小童入住，前台員工Celine在辦理入住為小朋友準備了足夠的小童用具，非常細心。早餐品種豐富，味道可口，滿足了不同人的口味需求。特別值得一提的是，這裏的糖水甜品口感細膩，甜而不膩，讓人回味無窮。服務團隊更是專業且周到，從入住到離店，始終保持 着熱情與細緻的服務態度。希爾頓花園酒店無疑是我心中的 理想住宿之選！

房間很大，裝修精美，窗外能看到運河。服務體貼入微，母親年事已高，服務員扶進扶出。晚上9點，30樓還有免費夜宵，陽春麪小米粥很好吃呢，性價比特別高。

房間很乾凈，提前預訂，到的時候小孩床已經鋪好，跟其他酒店到了以後才開始準備相比非常貼心了，服務人員也很有禮貌，入住體驗物超所值。

大堂的還有個小賣部，真的很温暖方便，前台的小丫頭挺熱情，進出都會提醒停車要掃碼，走的時候也會提醒我拿瓶水，礦泉水拿到手裡還暖暖的，真的很用心，謝謝Shirley

酒店比較新，房間佈置得當，客房服務響應及時，前台辦理入住時有點小問題，但也算是妥善解決了，總體比較滿意。早餐菜品可以再豐富一些。寵物友好，可以帶愛寵，如果有寵物用品提供那就更好啦。下次去如東的話，還會再入住。

今年來如東出差嘗試一下這家新開的酒店，酒店的最大短板是位置不佳，離市中心有3公里的距離，且附近衹有一家台灣小吃店，吃飯不方便 不過房間寬敞，設施現代，喜歡房間的照明設計，早餐雖然選擇不算太多但是食材很新鮮，反正我覺得是加分項。 服務上面不滿意的是，第一天下午有工作人員不敲門直接開門進房間，當時正在衞生間搞大工程，沒有和他照面，衹聽到開門關門和説話的聲音，要是換成是個女住客就是大事故了。
