In the 1990's this hotel was probably top notch. Sadly, calling this 5 star is an insult to the rating system. The male receptionist at check-in was very helpful with our parking. This is not at the main entrance where there are steps to lug the luggage and metered parking, but round the back and underground and with no lift The room (a suite) was dated to put it mildly, in decor and facilities. Paint peeing on the interior window ledges etc. We wanted a quiet evening in, and asked.for a room service menu (there are no information details of any services in the room) . The female receptionist was less than friendly when asked to print it. The menu was for meat or veg lasagne and that with a couple of other items not edible to a gluten free person was the limit. My wife asked at the restaurant and was politely told that items from the restaurant were not available for room service. A clearly substandard service. The icing on the cake came the following morning when I asked reception what time the spa opened. On Thursday it was 2pm! Again the lack of information was clear, and had I known this I would have used it on the Wednesday evening. The area around is special, but this hotel has fallen off the wall.

5 star hotel from the 80s. It’s still well maintained but it’s definitely a blast from the past. No gym was disappointing. Very nice staff

Stayed in this hotel for one night on a road trip stopover. The room was mediocre and the hotel staff were pleasant enough. The standout feature is the rooftop bar, unfortunately it was closed for some days during early Sept so we missed that delight. There is no way this hotel qualifies in any shape or form a 5 stars so that aspect was disappointing. The food served in the restaurant in the evening though is a different story, that is truly wonderful and if in the area should not be missed.

We waren kort in de middag aangekomen en bij de receptie werden we ontvangen door wat later bleek een stagiere.. Die bood ons verschillende kamers aan. Een suite was niet beschikbaar door een niet werkende tv..Voor ons geen probleem maar wilde wel korting.Omdat we moesten wachten op de schoonmaakploeg bood hij ons een glaasje rose aan. en wachte op het terras totdat de kamer beschikbaar was. De volgende ochtend stond er een dame achter de balie die ons een rekening presenteerde met o.a 18,- voor de 2 glaasjes rose..Ondanks protesten moesten we die gewoon betalen omdat de stagiere dat ons niet had mogen aanbieden.. 18 euro voor 2 glaasjes rose is relatief veel maar het feit dat wij dit aangeboden kregen en alsnog moesten betalen schoot bij mij in het verkeerde keelgat..Ook de 20,- korting op de kamer had hij nooit mogen geven..werd ons gezegt. We komen hier al zeker voor de tiende keer..Maar een dergelijk klant onvriendelijke houding maakt dat wij met een rot gevoel daar weg zijn gegaan en w.s niet meer terug komen.

Le seul hôtel de classe supérieure de la région très pauvre en hébergements de luxe. Accueil parfait, propreté irréprochable, déco kitsch à souhait mais confortable. Roof-top à recommander y compris pour une petite ou grande faim. Attention restaurant fermé les lundi et mardi en juillet /août, fuyez le restaurant du ****** si on vous le recommande…

Estuvimos en una suite cuatro noches y la moqueta de la zona de estar estaba sucia cuando llegamos y sucia seguía cuando nos fuimos, con restos visibles de migas? tierra?. De la ducha se salía tanta agua que necesitábamos dos toallas para recogerla. El desayuno muy escaso. Uno de los días cuando llegamos al restaurante estaban todas las mesas sin recoger y tuve que ir a recepción a pedir que nos prepararan una porque no había nadie atendiendo. Cuando llegó la camarera le dije que se habían terminado las fresas, se llevó el recipiente y sigo esperando que las repongan. El mismo día por la noche nos sirvieron también mal en el restaurante, era lunes y había personal de descanso. No estaba el sumiller y el camarero que nos puso el vino se marchó y llegamos al segundo plato sin servirnos, tuvimos que decir que nos dejaran la botella sobre la mesa. Un desastre para un hotel de su categoría y precio.

Hotel tres vieillot. Accueil agréable mais prix déraisonnables: nous avons du paye 100 euros supplémentaire par nuit (4 nuits= 400 euros en plus) pour utiliser le canapé-lit (deja existant dans la suite) pour notre fils! Donc notre séjour est revenu tres cher (nous avions compris que nous devrions payer 100 euros de supplement pour l'utilisation du canapé-lit pour tout le séjour.

Comment être le plus honnête et précis sur cette « expérience » Un voyage dans le temps… Cet endroit à du être merveilleux.. Mais là cest hasbeen à mort, on nous a fourguer une suite car soit disant c’était complet ce qui n’était pas du tout le cas… Moquette, deco, peignoir minable, je fréquente des 5 étoiles à longueur d’année et la ce n’est vraiment pas le cas, aucun service, ni voiturier ni bagages, meme pas on vous accompagne à votre suite, la personne qui vous accueille mal coiffé mal fagoté il était devant l’hôtel il discutait avec des amis lorsque nous sommes arrivés ??? Aucun accueil ! Le petit déjeuner était mangeable ( le pain est bon, bonnes crêpes et bons cakes) le reste bof…. Charcuteries pas terribles et Fromages Brie et Buche de chèvre…??? Au pays du fromage St Nectaire ??? On est bien en Auvergne… Non vraiment faut revoir la copie la…. Par contre au niveau tarif pas de doute ils se sont bien calés sur les vrais 5 étoiles… Donc Arnaque! Désolé 🤦♂️ Bref a éviter en plus l’accès a la piscine c’est une fois par jour seulement, oui une fois pas deux…
