La camera è spaziosa e l'arredamento è in linea con l'atmosfera natalizia. Anche la sauna all'interno è fantastica. Devi soggiornare in questo hotel quando vieni al Villaggio di Babbo Natale. Il servizio alla reception è stato cordiale.Il salmone a colazione era delizioso il primo giorno ma molto salato il secondo. Puoi soggiornare al Villaggio di Babbo Natale due giorni in inverno, mentre in estate è sufficiente una notte, il posto non è grande. Ma dentro ci sono due Babbo Natale. I prezzi per la fotografia variano.

Mio marito ed io l'abbiamo usato a dicembre 2022. Si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal supermercato K nel centro della città, e nella direzione opposta rispetto alla zona dove si concentrano i ristoranti. Nonostante fosse la stagione invernale, i marciapiedi erano ben sgombrati dalla neve e, dopo essere sceso dall'autobus davanti al supermercato, sono riuscito a raggiungere a piedi l'hotel anche se dovevo portare con me il bagaglio a mano. Non è abbastanza lontano per prendere un taxi. Ci sono molte case intorno ed è tranquillo. Non l'ho usato, ma sembra che ci sia una sauna. La colazione era deliziosa. Il menu comprendeva pane, prosciutto, formaggio, insalata e yogurt. La camera era pulita, ma non c'era la cassaforte. Nel bagno non c'è una parete divisoria tra la doccia e la toilette, quindi la toilette si bagna quando si fa la doccia. Nel complesso si tratta di un hotel consigliato.

After reading the reviews and all the nice promises on their website, i had high hopes about this hôtel. How foolish was i?!? I wrote an email the week before our arrival to ask if an early checking at 2h instead of 4h could be possible as we had to prepare for our wedding. They’ve answered that they will ask the cleaning team to do the room first so we could enter it earlier. When we arrived there was no one available so we had to ring and wait for someone as it’s how this place work. The person who arrived 10 minutes later was really not nice nor polite. We felt like disturbing him when he told us that they never do early checking. When i told him i’ve sent an email about this 2 weeks before he said i was lying. Oh ok!?! As we had 2 hours to wait we’ve decided to use the safe locker room they are providing. There is only 10 lockers there. After 10 minutes of struggles to try to lock a locker with all our luggages inside, we had to go back upstair to ring the rude guy again. We’ve waited 10 minutes again for him. When he arrived he told us that the lockers were broken and unusable. No sign to tell us that or nothing, just figure this out yourself when he knew it was broken! There is only two seats in the entrance and there were already 4 people waiting there with their luggage. I asked him what we were then supposed to do and he told us to just leave all our stuff unattended and unlocked there, with everybody able to go through them. I asked him if he was serious and he told me ”if you don’t trust us you can leave with your luggage!” I told him that i don’t know him and with some reviews already talking about stolen stuff in the hôtel you can understand why! He was very rude so i told him i was going to film him and that’s when he said i could leave our stuff in our room while it was being cleaned. We’ve decided to do this and whild doing it we’ve met the cleaning team. Honestly they should be the ones dealing with guests while the rude guy should be left far from any hospitality job where you interact with humans! They told us nobody told them we’ve asked for early checking otherwise they would have done our room first, especially if we wrote an email way earlier to ask for this. Probably the rude guy who forgot how to do his job again! After all that we only had 30 minutes to wait LOL When entering the room, we’ve realised that the fire place is fake. If you wait for the heat or flames of a real fire place you’la be sadly disapointed. Just a fake very light colored ”flame”. The bathroom is one foot away from the bed and the toilets are in it with the shower and sink. There is just a small wall separating between your pillow and the toilet. Wonder why we don’t see this on their website??? The room is advertised as a room ”with view”. If a view on street work and an old building is ”a view” then this is true. (see my pics for that awesome view) People are smoking and drinking at night on the steps of the outside entrance so it’s always

Il posto è assolutamente bellissimo, a pochi passi dal Ounasvaara Ski Resort. La Chalet è molto buona e accogliente con una vista fantastica dalle finestre e dal balcone. Il nostro chalet privato aveva una seconda camera da letto che non abbiamo usato come mia figlia e io stesso preferivano il primo piano. La colazione era eccellente con una grande selezione, amavamo il produttore di waffle! Il personale era tutto utile e piacevole. La posizione è eccellente, non lontano dall'aeroporto, dal centro della città, e dal villaggio di Santa Claus. In generale, perfetta Chalet, sicuramente consigliere di rimanere qui, abbiamo avuto un bel tempo!

We are a family of 5 and booked 2 family rooms in this hotel. The rooms were big, compared to another Rovaniemi hotel that we stayed in and the amenities were wonderful. Free use of Sauna, 24hr gym, just located directed opposite the supermarket and most of all, the hotel has a microwave that you can heat up the food brought from the supermarket! What a deal!. Some areas for improvement, it would good if the Sauna can be 24hrs instead of closing at 10pm. If the hotel can provide utensils like spoon and fork it will be even more awesome. Overall our best stay in Rovaniemi for the price point, I think its a steal. Oh BTW, Burger King and McDonald is just opposite and 24hrs too.

Noi eravamo alloggiati nella parte principale dell' hotel, quella più vecchia. Struttura con moquette usurata, finestre con molti spifferi.....anche la camera un po' vecchia , soprattutto il bagno usurato ma nel complesso confortevole e pulita. Spifferi alle finestre ma non c era freddo in quanto termosifoni molto caldi. Stanza silenziosa, si dorme bene. Pecca negativa nessun cuscino di scorta.....ho dormito per 3 notti col più basso , era una sottiletta.....cervicali a go go. Anche la carta igienica un rotolo al giorno in 4, chiesto chi faceva le pulizie uno in più ci ha detto di chiedere in reception.. Pulizia giornaliera ma come detto non puliscono le tazzine e non aggiungono le tisane. Fatto un giro nella zona sauna e piscina , erano ben tenute e pulite, piscina non mi sembrava così gelida contando che fuori c erano -30. Ristorante a buffet ma ben fornito e il cibo l ho trovato buono (va tenuto conto di dove siamo), personale molto cortese..... acqua naturale inclusa (le altre bevande sono a pagamento e i prezzi si sa che in Finlandia sono molto più alti che in Italia). Posizione ottima perché molto vicino sia ufficio escursioni che a quello per il ritiro materiale tecnico, così se c è qualche cosa da cambiare come è capitato a noi in un minuto si arriva , molti locali nei pressi della hotel e in 1 minuti si è sul fiume per una bellissima passeggiata.

Si trova in pieno centro a Rovaniemi con la fermata autobus sia per aeroporto che Santa Claus Village proprio di fronte all'ingresso principale. Ci sono a pochi passi diversi ristoranti mc Donald's, Burger King e centri commerciali. La stanza è un pò piccola come il bagno però abbastanza pulita e il wi-fi ha un ottimo segnale in ogni zona. Dispone al 5 piano anche di una sauna divisa tra uomini e donne con spogliatoi e doccia ben curata e pulita. La colazione è buona, l'unica pecca che ci sono pochi dolci.
