La camera d'albergo era silenziosa e pulita, con un intenso profumo floreale piacevole alla vista. Il personale della reception era cordiale, attento e disponibile; tutti i membri dello staff erano gentili e cordiali. Un pollice in su! Prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo qui la prossima volta.

Il nostro soggiorno al Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou è stato così memorabile e assolutamente magnifico che i momenti salienti rimangono vividi, nitidi e incredibilmente emozionanti. Da amanti del tè, sarebbe stato meraviglioso tornare nelle foreste di latifoglie con i loro aceri rossi e i ginkgo giallo brillante che esaltavano i colori autunnali, circondando le piantagioni di tè Longjing (Pozzo del Drago) curate nei minimi dettagli, immerse nella tranquillità delle colline, così vicine al resort – proprio di fronte, dall'altra parte della strada, per la precisione! Tuttavia, la gioia del nostro viaggio è stata amplificata dal soggiorno al Landison. Il personale è stato assolutamente fantastico! Un servizio eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie all'aiuto di un traduttore telefonico, Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (spero che il suo nome sia scritto correttamente!) e Chris ci hanno offerto un'assistenza paziente, attenta e scrupolosa, dimostrando premura e calore, rispondendo con attenzione alle nostre numerose domande quotidiane su dove andare, cosa fare, come arrivare e tornare indietro. (Siamo stati entusiasti di utilizzare l'eccellente rete di trasporti pubblici a Hangzhou e dintorni. L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata di due linee principali. Questi autobus ci hanno permesso di raggiungere facilmente altre linee principali e gran parte del resto della città.) Il personale ci ha anche consigliato dove acquistare dell'ottimo tè, che si è rivelato essere proprio in hotel, oltre che in altre deliziose sale da tè nelle vicinanze! Il menù della colazione del Landison, incluso nella nostra prenotazione, è rimasto invariato per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno e non ci ha mai deluso. Ogni giorno abbiamo gustato un'ampia selezione di cibi deliziosi e squisiti, tra cui frutta fresca, verdura, piatti a base di uova preparati in diversi modi, riso, dim sum, pasticcini e il nostro piatto preferito di ogni giorno: una fumante ciotola di noodles, preparati al momento dallo chef che si trovava dietro la variegata selezione di noodles e condimenti! C'era così tanta cucina vegetariana fresca, deliziosa e interessante che non riusciamo a elencare tutti i piatti dell'ampio buffet. Il personale di sala è stato assolutamente incredibile, con la sua attenzione raffinata, scrupolosa e completa. Il responsabile di sala Xu è diventato un nostro caro e indimenticabile amico, offrendoci dolcezza, premura e conforto personali durante tutta la nostra visita. Non potemmo fare a meno di sentirci dispiaciuti quando non la vedemmo il giorno prima della partenza. Quando tornammo in hotel la sera e la scorgemmo attraverso la finestra della sala da pranzo, entrammo per salutarla e si creò una connessione magica, di quelle che solo i viaggi intorno al mondo possono offrire, quando la distanza tra due culture così diverse scompare sotto il bagliore della gentilezza, del calore e della connessione umana. Ci ha regalato una gioia così straordinaria che ci è dispiaciuto molto doverla salutare. Quando tradusse dal suo cellulare ”non vediamo l'ora di rivedervi”, sorridemmo ampiamente e annuimmo con speranza in segno di assenso. Tra i piacevoli extra, ci fu la consegna serale di una delicata e nutriente zuppa di funghi bianchi per riscaldarci e aiutarci a dormire, una specialità della struttura. Era gustosa e nutriente ogni giorno! Il personale delle pulizie era affabile e cordiale, riconoscendo e apprezzando reciprocamente il rapporto umano! Inoltre, il personale del parcheggio ci ha accolto con allegria e gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno. Il nostro straordinario soggiorno al Landison è stato un'esperienza che ha messo in luce gli immensi benefici del viaggiare per il mondo, dove le barriere delle preoccupazioni e delle tensioni quotidiane possono svanire o addirittura scomparire, lasciando spazio a un'immersione profonda e trasformativa in un tempo e in un luogo diversi da quelli a cui siamo abituati. Un'esperienza in cui ci si rende conto che, sebbene tempo e luogo possano differire considerevolmente e offrire numerosi stimoli positivi per un cambiamento significativo, il cuore e la mente umana sono indissolubilmente legati da un desiderio reciproco di felicità, benessere, sicurezza, espressione e connessione, in qualunque modo ciò si manifesti nelle sue infinite forme. Grazie mille, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, per aver contribuito a creare un ricordo indimenticabile.

Servizi: Molto completi. Pulizia: Ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita a fondo. Ambiente: L'ambiente è splendido e l'hotel è vicinissimo alla zona panoramica del Lago dell'Ovest, a pochi minuti a piedi. Servizio: Il personale è stato molto caloroso e il ragazzo della reception ci ha persino aiutati a fare l'upgrade delle camere, mettendole tutte vicine per permetterci di badare ai bambini più comodamente. La prossima volta che verrò qui, sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Tong'an locate at one of the best location, convenient for visiting the whole place without wasting time and energy. Facilities are great and cleanliness are at high standard. One particluar thing worth to mention with our gratitude here is - hotel staffs' honesty. We forgetfully and carelessly left an envelope with cash 1000 Yuan when we checked out and we realized about it only next day. When we called and checked, they told us that housekeeping staffs found and passed it to the front desk. They made the transfer back to my AliPay account immediately without any delay. Their honesty and swift action are highly commendable and we aee very glad to recognize and recommend for Tong'an Inn and its staffs. Thank you.

Non appena ho fatto il check-out, non vedevo l'ora di scrivere la mia recensione. L'esperienza al Naked Retreats è stata assolutamente incredibile! La sistemazione in cui abbiamo soggiornato era mozzafiato, una casetta in terra battuta a mezza montagna, con una vista spettacolare sul verde lussureggiante e sulla foresta di bambù fuori dalla finestra. L'aria era ricca di ioni negativi, e svegliarsi con il canto degli uccelli la mattina mi ha fatto rallentare completamente. Anche solo stare seduti a sognare ad occhi aperti era un piacere. Il programma era pieno di attività, soprattutto all'aperto, e la cosa più memorabile è stata l'equitazione nella foresta. Passeggiare a cavallo in mezzo alla fitta vegetazione, con i colori rosso, giallo e verde che si mescolavano come in un dipinto ad olio, era meraviglioso. L'istruttore ci ha anche aiutato a scattare foto fantastiche. C'erano anche tiro con l'arco, mountain bike e la possibilità di strigliare i cavalli, tutte attività a stretto contatto con la natura, che ci hanno tenuto impegnati senza sosta. Passando alla colazione, ci siamo svegliati presto per gustare il buffet al ristorante ”Farmhouse”. Devo dire che la varietà era eccezionale, con opzioni sia cinesi che occidentali, tutte deliziose. Gli ingredienti erano freschissimi e di alta qualità, e poter gustare la colazione all'aperto, ammirando il paesaggio montano, era semplicemente idilliaco. Anche il servizio era impeccabile. Fin da prima del check-in, il maggiordomo ha comunicato con noi in modo cordiale, rispondendo prontamente a ogni domanda e mostrando grande attenzione. In sintesi, dall'alloggio alle attività, passando per il cibo, l'intera esperienza ha ricevuto il massimo dei voti. Se ne avrò l'occasione, tornerò sicuramente! Lo consiglio vivamente! ✨

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

A dire il vero, l'ingresso dell'hotel è stretto per le auto che entrano/escono. Inoltre, il personale all'ingresso ha cercato di venderci un pacchetto trasporti. Quando volevamo andare a Westlake alle 17:00, ci ha detto che Westlake era chiuso a quell'ora, chiedendoci perché volessimo andarci, e ci ha consigliato il suo pacchetto per il giorno successivo. Non l'abbiamo accettato e ci siamo accorti che Westlake non era chiuso e che c'erano anche attività serali. A parte questi due punti, tutto il resto era ottimo: il personale alla reception era gentile e cortese. Le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno e la colazione era buona. I bambini hanno apprezzato la piccola area giochi in camera e il letto a castello.
