Hotel in zona Lompolontien playground, Rovaniemi

At my first stay. i was going to chek on as normal. I got an automated sms messsage fron the staff hour before the check in, that told me that althought the official time to check is is in 15.00 i can, check out early, by typing i a code in to the keybox outside the door. I did not ask anything about early chek in and was finen with later check i and thhis was compleatley the hotels idea. This was ice and worked fine, as intended. I had my own key and other guest had their own. Well. i booked this hotel couple of weeks later, thinks were different this time. This time i wanted to chek-in early as before, but rather than they giving me the code i got nothing, so asked wheather the code to keybox was still same, i got no annswer. So i ended up walking there by my self. In cold snowstorm dragging my heavy luggage. Well at the hotel i typed the old code in the keybox, it did not work. Well i told the hotel how this was not nice of them to not anwer to me anything and that i am at the hoteö and they changed the code. This time they anwered me immediately (propobly because ego got hurt when i critizised that it was not nice) But rether than anwering anyhting about my questions about why this time chekinnng in was different and code was not given and they hadnt answered, they only told me that cheking in time is at 15.00. Which was basically premis of my argumet, and the questions it based on it were compleately ignored. They framed it like it was my fault because i wanted to chek in and didnt tell them, and they passiveely aggressively told me to read their rules carefully before reserving the hotel. But thats not how human pshycology works. Sure i was willihng to make excatly as rules said in first time when cheking in, but it was they who told me alternative way ad time of cheking in, and dindt say it was not the regular way. So EVERYONE not just me must make this mistake when you think about it. If they are the ones saying you another cheking time ad way of course custoimers assume that it was the unofficial, but still the common way to chek in. Why to say it? espesially if the customer dosent ask? Everyone that has stayed in a hotel for a time the next time when they check in, especially if the first check in is not so long ago assumes that this time it works the same, and if ot they would tell about it. It is absurd to assume customers read rules every week every time check i the hotels check-in rules, and literally nobody does it. When i asked enough. They lied that this is how their check-in has always worked, which was not true since i stayded there few weeks ago.' They eventually say that it was because they needed to clean and for other reasons. But I could see inside, and saw that hotel was compleatele empty and all the beds were compleately clean and tidy. There were nobody inside. I was questionning their answer since even if they neede to clean. There should be at least one bed clean and since you can choose what ever bed

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perchè in centro e comodo a tutto, devo dire che ne siamo stati felicissimi. Le camere non sono grandissime, ma nella nostra tripla siamo stati comodi e coccolati. Asciugamani puliti, servizi in ordine. La colazione è a buffet nonostante in Italia no si possa fare per le restrizioni per il COVID, ma ci sono comunque dispenser di gel igienizzante. La qualità del cibo è ottima, ogni giorno ci sono dolcetti diversi e anche presente la frutta fresca oltre che a succhi di ogni tipo. La chicca di questo hotel è che comunca con due ristoranti, uno è una specie di pub che fa hamburger di ogni tipo e l'altro è un ristorante lappone davvero ottimo. Abbiamo trovato temperature davvero basse e non dover uscire dall'hotel per la cena non è stato spiacevole. Sarà che andare a Rovaniemi è stato un sogno che si è avverato, ma ci tornerei domani. Nella hall c'è un piccolo bar e quindi spesso al rientro prendevamo un tea caldo e ci siedevamo nei divani davanti al camino, davvero d'atomosfera!

Hotel was in great shape and located center of the city. Many restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was awesome.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ostello in centro a Rovaniemi a Novembre 2022 e ci siamo trovati tutto sommato bene. La camera (con bagno privato) era comoda e confortevole, abbastanza spaziosa per tutte le nostre valigie. Unico neo nella stanza era la mancanza di possibilità di regolare la temperatura in modo autonomo, ma è comunque un'ostello. Il personale è giovane e gentile, mi hanno aiutato a prenotare un taxi per il giorno successivo senza problemi. Anche il cibo buono, abbiamo sia usufruito della colazione sia, nel pomeriggio, del servizio bar, ed era tutto comunque buono, una buona cioccolata calda mentre fuori nevica fa sempre piacere. La posizione era la cosa più importante per noi e questo ostello è veramente centrale, a duecento, forse trecento metri dal centro cittadino, dove ci sono diversi centri commerciali e vie di negozi, quindi assolutamente promosso. I prezzi sono in linea con la zona, forse qualcosina in meno rispetto alla concorrenza ma rimane comunque un'ostello e non un hotel vero e proprio quindi ci sta.

Il check-in era velocemente amato la mia stanza. Il tubo è fantastico il letto era comodo. Il colazione era molte opzioni. La temperatura nella stanza era un po' fredda. Ho parlato con il desk front, lei ha detto che ci erano altri riscaldatori. Mi sono rifiutato che fosse strano che la stanza non avesse calore operativo.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro vicino a ristoranti, agenzie per escursioni, supermercati, molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Camere pulite ma non molto spaziose. Disponibile per cene a buffet o alla carta, ampia scelta sul cibo così come ben attrezzata è la colazione internazionale. C’è pure la sauna aperta dalle 18/21 divisa per uomini e donne.

L’hotel si trova sulla collina della città, di conseguenza si trova a circa 10 minuti in macchina dal centro che corrispondo a circa 45 minuti a piedi. La struttura è molto moderna e avendo molte finestre si gode di un’ottima vista. Le camere sono molto belle ma piccoline (dalle foto sembrano più grandi). La colazione è ottima così come il ristorante che gode di ottima vista. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno ho avuto due problemi con la struttura. Il primo riguarda proprio l’arrivo, fatto il check-in ci era stato detto che c’era posto per la cena al ristorante ma una volta arrivati ci è stato detto di dovere aspettare un’ora che non avevano spazio quando la maggior parte dei tavoli erano vuoti. Siamo andati a chiedere in reception ma la ragazza che lavorava ha sbuffato quando le abbiamo chiesto di verificare e non ha collaborato in nessuno modo. Il secondo problema è stato il freddo in camera (il calorifero funzionava male) che è stato però risolto con una stufa portatile.

La camera è spaziosa e l'arredamento è in linea con l'atmosfera natalizia. Anche la sauna all'interno è fantastica. Devi soggiornare in questo hotel quando vieni al Villaggio di Babbo Natale. Il servizio alla reception è stato cordiale.Il salmone a colazione era delizioso il primo giorno ma molto salato il secondo. Puoi soggiornare al Villaggio di Babbo Natale due giorni in inverno, mentre in estate è sufficiente una notte, il posto non è grande. Ma dentro ci sono due Babbo Natale. I prezzi per la fotografia variano.

L'hotel non è lontano dal villaggio di Santa Claus e è facilmente accessibile a piedi (Solo 10 min). Per la prima volta soggiornare in un Igloo e sicuramente vale la pena. La camera è piccola ma pulita e ben decorata. Il colazione ha una vasta gamma di selezioni. Il personale è molto amichevole e ci ha dato un Igloo vicino alla foresta, isolata e tranquilla. Il vetro è installato con un riscaldatore che può fondere il ghiaccio quando necessario. L'unico disappunto è che non abbiamo visto la luce del Nord per il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti. Sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo se torna a Rovaniemi.

L'hotel è a circa un'ora di distanza da Rova Miyama e può scrivere per contattare l'hotel per organizzare il taxi.Puoi prenotare un traghetto alla ricezione dell'hotel allo zoo per tornare gratuitamente. Le strutture sono abbastanza buone in una casa di giardino con una sauna privata.Il giardino può essere riscaldato, il giardino può essere visto chiaramente nel letto e può davvero sperimentare la luce estrema nella casa di giardino L'unico difetto è che devi trascinare il bagaglio nella casa di prigione.
