Nova Skyland provides nothing but the best for their customers! Exceptional customer service and room of cleanest quality. Stayed in 3B (Honeymoon Cottage) and it was awesome throughout!!!

We booked here because we wanted to stay in the santa clause village. It can fit 4 ppl but its just the 2 of us..very nice room and they helped us with the luggage from the reception to our room which we were really grateful. For the pricepoint, its worth it if you want to stay in the santa clause village to enjoy the quiet santa clause village at night and esp if you have 4 ppl sharing the room. There's 2 floors with 2 bathroom and a private sauna...But it does not come with a kitchen and the TV does not have wifi..we din manage to catch aurora but we enjoyed our stay so much..where we can go to santa clause village whenever we want ~

Great service and high quality of all conditions. Tasty breakfast as well.

This is a very good hotel. Staffs (esp Lassi) are helpful and friendly. The room is squeaky clean. We had a wonderful time staying with Nova Skyland.

The best hotel in Santa Claus Village. Their services are excellent and the room itself is really spacious and cosy. Beautiful scenery around the hotel, everywhere is instagrammable. Their breakfast is delicious ! I enjoyed sauna in my room. The location is nearer to the Santa Claus village. Please choose this hotel is you want to have a good time there.

房間很大很舒服，可以自己做飯，還有壁爐和桑拿。位置就在聖誕村裡，我們12點多到的，1點多電話通知我們可以入住，行李已經送房間了。第二天早班飛機走幫我們打包了早餐，恰好餐廳開始開火還主動讓我們喝點牛奶吃點東西再走。滿意。

絕對是在Rovaniemi最好的酒店！ 地點就位於聖誕老人村後面 認認真真走路3分鐘就到的那種後面 一間一間的小木屋 在照片中根本看不出來它們有多美好！ 是我住過樓高最高 面積也最大的樓中樓 房間內有所有的廚房設備 如果不想出去吃完全可以簡單煮上一頓 另外還有超漂亮的火爐可以烤火 浴室內也有大小剛好的桑拿房 在外面玩了一整天冷完後進來蒸桑拿後再洗澡 是最大的享受 晚餐： 晚餐我們有在酒店提供的餐廳用餐 環境很好 食物也非常好吃 早餐： 早餐跟晚餐是在同個地方 早上看也非常漂亮之外 能選擇的種類也還算齊全 是個能舒服吃飽的地方 10000%推薦給想來這邊玩的你們

部屋にサウナが付いていて、設備も完璧でした👌 オーロラは見えなかったですが、大満足です。

房間美極了，有私人sauna，窗外風景很美，職員態度親切，早餐種類很多，其中一天有Day tour 早於早餐時段都能提供食物。體驗滿意極了一定會再次訂房

設施：非常大非常舒服的小木屋，裏面還有桑拿房，還可以烤火 衞生：衞生間還可以 環境：推開門就是小樹林，還有馴鹿來打招呼 服務：很穩

酒店很漂亮～房間內二樓有一扇窗户對着森林，拍照很出片，房間很大. 一家人住着很舒服～兩頭麋鹿很可愛，小朋友很喜歡. 酒店有滑板，小朋友玩的很開心
