This Hotel and their Staff are amazing. We arrived on their doorstep with nowhere to stay, as we had been let down by our pre-arranged hotel and they welcomed us in, offered us a room for our 4 night stay in the village. The room was excellent, very comfortable with everything we needed and great views of the mountain side and ski slope. The Restaurant food and service were first class. You could not fault the menu, the presentation and the food was delicious. Again the staff were helpful and friendly. We would like to thank all the Staff for their kindness, efficiency and friendly manner. We would like especially to thank Liz and Maelle, for being so helpful and lovely when we arrived on the doorstep un announced. We will certainly like to return and would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone we speak too.

Top notch in every way from the decor and comfort of our room to the beautiful lounge bar, cafe and gourmet restaurant. All staff are very friendly and professional. There is a very strong attention to detail. Food and wine in the cafe are great, with a cosy atmosphere. The star of the show is, however, La Table. We loved our evening; meticulously prepared dishes, interesting drink pairings and excellent service, without pretension. We will be back!

Direkt am Bahnhof und doch ruhig gelegen - ergo ideal (stündlich, aber bis spät abends) mit dem öV zu erreichen. Freundlicher Empfang, rundum freundliches Personal - man spürt die engagierte Leitung. Gut eingerichtetes ZImmer, mit allem versehen, was man sich als Gast wünschen kann. Eher kleines Frühstücksbuffet, aber mit auserlesenen Zutaten. Sehr gutes Restaurant und nach einem Konzertbesuch kann man an der Bar noch ein Glas Wein bestellen samt einigen Naschereien dazu. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die vielen Deckchen und Fläschen mit dem hübschen Signet des Hotels bringen dem Gast nicht viel Mehrwert, aber verursachen viel Abfall; qualitativ erstklassige Shampoos aus dem Dispenser wären eine gute Alternative. Auch dass der Gast nicht selber bestimmen kann, ob die Wäsche im Bad gewechselt werden soll, ist nicht mehr sehr zeigemäss: Etwas mehr Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit würde den Eindruck noch verbessern.

Une belle soirée d'été le lundi. Près de la moitié des tables étaient dressées. Notre demande d'une autre table a été traitée de manière impressionnante par le serveur: la table sale n'a pas été nettoyée, le couvert a été jeté sur la table. L'omble était excellent, tout comme la marsanne 2017 de denis mercier. Pour notre 35e anniversaire de mariage, nous aurions aimé un service digne de ce nom. Valrose, Malrose.

Der Garten wirkte über Mittag bei der Hitze sehr einladend! Die Atmosphäre ist allerdings sehr sophisticated, eigentlich nur für exklusives "Gstaad People". Die jungen Kellner professionnell und sehr arrogant, vor allem, als sie merkten, dass wir nach der Vorspeise keinen Hauptgang und keinen Wein bestellten. Dafür setzten sie zwei espressi, die wir gar nicht gehabt hatten, auf die Rechnung. Der Garten war übrigens nur mässig besetzt...

Un accueil vraiment chaleureux et agréable ainsi qu’un service parfait tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre sous les combles est superbement agencée dans le plus pur style chalet avec poutres apparentes. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement.

superbe acceuil a la reception ons vous explique bien tout correctement ce qui est vraiment agréable chambre exceptionelle avec le lit confortable ainsi que la terasse privative super pour le dejeuner le matin propreter super cadre super ca donne envie de revenir dans ce cocon de paix

Excellent accueil, chambre magnifique mais surtout la cuisine répond à toutes les attentes, merveilleux, surprenantes, et surtout la grande classe ! A ne pas oublier le personnel qui nous a entouré avec un grand professionnalisme et très aimable. Avec plaisir nous reviendrons

Wir haben mittags die besten Malakoff und den besten Caesar-Salat aller Zeiten genossen! Das Auge isst mit und wir wurden mit der Interpretation des Caesar-Salats positiv überrascht, er sah nicht nur schön aus, er schmeckte auch göttlich. Man sieht, dass hier auch "kleine" Gerichte perfekt zubereitet werden. Sehr nettes Personal. Gerne wieder - dann aber abends plus Übernachtung.
