This is a fabulous hotel - as nice as it looks from the photos. We had a triple room which included a king size bed and a sofa sleeper for our grown (petite) daughter; we all agreed that the beds and bedding were unusually comfortable. Our bathroom was huge and well-appointed, the water pressure was perfect and maintained consistent temperature (a frequent problem we've found elsewhere in France). There were plenty of outlets for our devices and the internet service was strong and reliable. The hotel staff was excellent, starting with the young man who came out to help us navigate to the hotel past construction which blocked the road; the restaurant and bar staff were equally helpful, and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional. Our triple suite was right over the main entry so we had a view into the charming medieval courtyard, and the windows opened to allow fresh air. Aside from a reception lobby, there is a large, airy lounge offering cocktails and snacks, perfect after a day of walking. The only less than perfect note to this hotel was its breakfast buffet which was not as extensive as we have experienced in hotels of similar quality; there was no coffee station, for instance, allowing guests to obtain their own coffee or tea - everything had to be ordered from wait staff. And by the mid-point of the breakfast service, foods were not replenished, so arriving in the last hour meant sometimes scraping the bottom of the bowl - literally. Still, this is a minor point for a hotel otherwise so beautiful and well-managed and located so perfectly to see the fascinating parts of this lovely city. We'd stay at the Hotel de Bourgtheroulde again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to friends and family. Note: there are stairs throughout - to the entry, the lounge, to the rooms from the elevator lobby, etc. - not a problem for us but it would be if we'd had mobility issues.

Prima di tutto, quando sono arrivato, ho dovuto aspettare più di 5 minuti davanti alla porta dell'hotel per essere accolto alla ricezione dopo averli chiamati! C'è sempre una sola valigetta nel bagno senza tappeti da doccia non chiusi, quando uscirò dal doccia, i miei piedi rimangono sdraiati al pavimento! L'altro giorno ho chiamato la reception per avere una fattura dalla mia stanza, e ho dovuto aspettare più di 5 minuti alla reception! Il punto è che la sera, quando sono arrivato e nonostante la posta di conferma dell'hotel, dopo la prenotazione sul tuo sito, la destinataria non ha trovato la mia prenotazione. Gli ho mostrato la conferma della prenotazione dell'hotel con riferimento e gli ho spiegato che non avrebbe avuto alcun impatto, spero, sul recupero della mia cauzione sul vostro sito. Infatti, la ricezione mi aveva assegnato un'altra stanza, quindi si potrebbe considerare molto bene che non mi sono presentato all'hotel in base alla mia prenotazione iniziale. Ho quindi fatto una richiesta all'hotel per farle ritrovare la mia prenotazione e non mi consideri assenti!

solo 3 notti qui. Super gentile, utile personale di ricezione - ( specialmente Soukaina - tu star. Sooo utile e gentile !!!) abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento per una camera più grande. che era bello. 2 letti davvero confortevoli e un divano grande. Il tè è stato riempito in camera (anche se dovevamo costantemente chiedere che fossero riempite). Anche se a differenza della stazione ferroviaria non abbiamo mai sentito una cosa. veramente efficace doppio vetro. L'unico punto di svantaggio per noi è stato l'hotel. Ho scelto questo hotel perché aveva un ristorante e un bar. Purtroppo il nostro ristorante era povero, quindi ci siamo mangiati solo una volta. e non abbiamo mai visto il bar aperto, così non potevamo rilassarci una sera e bere un drink, la zona di seggio era sempre pronta per colazione, ma era ancora un bel soggiorno. È circa 10 - 15 minuti a piedi in collina verso la città ... quindi ricordate la sua collina alla fine della notte !! :).

I like stories written in lobbies, corridors, and rooms! The hotel has nice and essential amenities. The location is excellent in the city center close to restaurants and almost all points of interest. Breakfast is ok, but a little expensive. There are no slippers or carpets in the room and this is a little disappointing in the cold season.

L’albergo e’ in posizione centrale, comodo per raggiungere le attrazioni principali. Pulito, silenzioso, curato. Letto molto comodo, riposo assicurato. Non metto 5 solo perché non ho trovato accappatoio e ciabattine. Per il resto tutto perfetto.Il bollitore in camera con te e caffè. Colazione ottima e garage a pagamento sotto l’hotel. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente.
