Caffè a colazione molto mediocre - triste per 5 stelle. Molto in doccia - neanche 5 stelle. Il peggio è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare al checkout ”perché avevano bisogno di controllare se abbiamo preso qualcosa da un mini bar” - è come ”pensiamo che si stia giacendo 🤥”.Dopo 15 minuti di aspettare il checkout, abbiamo dovuto andare al conto corrente di nuovo chiaramente dimenticato il loro controllo ...e poi ”Abbiamo il permesso di lasciare” :) Per il resto è un bel hotel, non sono letti rumorosi e buoni. Buona posizione. Suggerimento: prenota il parcheggio in ”Erasmus Bridge”. Poi più economico attraverso l'hotel.

Sono un residente nel Bastone Zuid di Rotterdam, come lavoratore locale. Ho chiamato prima di arrivare per vedere se potevo avere un coker d'acqua (Kettle) e mi aspettava quando sono arrivato, con un bellissimo benvenuto da Alison & Sophie È un'area piuttosto industriale, e non molto locale a piedi, a meno che non guidi. Il ristorante dell'hotel mi ha offerto un buon cibo, una varietà di piatti e un bel ristorante. Domenica, ho chiesto al personale di un pasta, che non era nel menu del giorno, erano davvero incredibili e il cuoco Nikkie, è stato chiesto da Vincent, se potesse accogliere la mia richiesta, era un sì, così grazie mille per un pasto davvero bello, Che è stato quello che volevo dopo un lungo giorno di lavoro. Quindi grazie a tutti i vostri carini staff, che hanno sempre un sorriso felice e un grande benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno qui! Sono qui per un po', e non esitate a raccomandare l'hotel e le sue strutture! 👍⭐️ Grazie mille

Ci è voluto più di un'ora per ottenere una stanza dall'ispezione. La prima stanza non aveva WiFi, quindi mi hanno mandato in un'altra stanza (non mi hanno aiutato a spostare il mio bagaglio e ho passato 25 trappole intorno cercando di trovare le mie stanze) - dopo aver spostato la stanza - non aveva ancora WiFi e la chiave non funzionava. Questo hotel sembra un posto divertente per stare - ma è terribile. Sono qui per un'ora - apparentemente qualcuno sarà giù per aiutare. Non posso sballare come mi aspetto di essere trasferito di nuovo (e non riceverai aiuto). Sono appena stati chiamati e mi hanno chiesto di andare in un'altra parte della nave...dove c'è WiFi...Credo che ci arrenderemo a essere autorizzati a lavorare nella mia stanza.

È giunto il momento che qualcuno (aka me) abbia scritto un recente recensione sul mio soggiorno. Questo è un grande soggiorno. Questo è un piccolo hotel, tutto il personale super amichevole soprattutto entrambi i signori alla reception. Ho visto recensioni altrove lamentando il colazione. Solo un richiamo: questo è un hotel 3* e il colazione è più che sufficiente per prepararvi per il giorno e ha tutti gli elementi essenziali. La stanza era spaziosa, molto pulita e modestamente moderna, soprattutto la camera da bagno che aveva molto spazio per tenere le proprie proprietà. Il piccolo dettaglio di attenzione è stato bello - asciugamani con il nome dell'hotel, tazze di caffè con ispiranti/divertenti messaggi, 2 punti di accesso vicino al letto, orologio nella sala colazione in linea con il collegamento dell'hotel con l'industria porto/navigazione. Nota: le camere hanno un fan (ma sono in fase di installazione di aria condizionata per tutte le camere). Solo suggerisco che la porta del bagno nella camera 103 fosse un po' sveglio (solo bisogno WD40), le mutandine potrebbero essere un po' meno lumpy (ma erano più che felici di fornire più mutandine e ancora dormivano molto bene) e le bevande dal frigorifero sono sul lato costoso, ma tutti i punti minori. La posizione è grande. 10 minuti a piedi da Euromast e pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Coolhaven, qs un po' lontano dalla stazione centrale per andare e anche Blaak (dove sono il mercato e le case cubo). In tutto, mi fermerò di nuovo. Era una piacevole, rilassante e tranquilla esperienza. Si sentiva ancora tranquilla. L'hotel sembrava un po' tranquillo, nonostante il fine settimana, spero che si riprendera' in estate. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno!

Home dignitoso di un hotel di alta qualità. Equipe di accoglienza molto professionale, come tutti i membri del personale di questo hotel che non esitare a classificare come migliore Ibis Styles frequentato negli ultimi anni. Certo, è un hotel molto recente, ma si può facilmente constatare che è stato progettato con attrezzature e materiali di qualità molto buona. La decorazione (sala, bar, ristorante, camere) realizzata con gusto senza dimenticare l'aspetto confortevole che alcuni architetti dimenticano nella progettazione di alcuni hotel. Il servizio è anche molto professionale e coraggioso sia al bar, al ristorante e al colazione. Il ristorante (italieno) offre vari e qualitativi metti. Si sentono volentieri soddisfare e fare bene. Bella piccola mappa dei vini. Grazie speciali al manager Eliott. Il colazione offerto è anche molto vario e ricco (che cambia il tradizionale colazione standard e povero degli hotel Ibis in Francia). Le camere sono ben attrezzate e ben decorate. L'hotel si trova di fronte alla sala omnisport e concerti di Ahoy. Parcheggio a pagamento giocando l'hotel. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metropolitana Zuidplein che ti permette di raggiungere la stazione di Rotterdam Central in pochi più di 10 minuti e l'iper centro di Rotterdam in 5 minuti. In conclusione, anche se abbiamo la possibilità di visitare hotel premium, io qualificarò IBIS Styles Ahoy come uno dei migliori hotel visitati da 25 anni nel gruppo Accor. Grazie ancora alla manager Natasja e alla sua squadra. Torneremo.

The room was very nice, vibrant colors, bed was awesome, all very clean. But the big mistake they made with the renovation were the doors. They slam with a very big bang, so when anyone else on the floor enters the room, it all shakes. And then they are not isolated, you can understand discussions happening outside the room. And then, for the breakfast, dinner, lunch: only christmas music. But of the worst kind. There is no place in the region to escape this in the morning, so you have to deal with the christmas music. And for 17 euro's, it's not even worth actually what you get after your ears are in pain with ”jolly happy christmas” three times during breakfast.

Il mio bambino più vecchio e io stavamo guardando un'università nei Paesi Bassi. Quindi ci siamo fermati per 3 notti. Eravamo un po' preoccupati per la sicurezza e il rumore perché siamo soli, ecc. ma non dovevamo essere. Eravamo al piano superiore fino a qui. Non ci siamo mai sentiti insicuri. La doccia era molto buona. Il personale era molto buono. Non preoccuparsi per la sicurezza. Hanno un asciugamano molto utile. Abbiamo andato alla notte musicale che avevano e era molto buona. Abbiamo preso colazione uno dei giorni e abbiamo trovato un buon valore. Il posto era pulito. I secchieri per capelli non lavoravano male. Ma, a parte questo, nessun altro problema.

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.

If you're looking for a place with great beds and friendly staff to get your head down, then I can't rate the Emma Hotel highly enough! After checking in and taking the lift, (yes I said lift, something which isn't easy to find with reasonably priced accommodation in Rotterdam), up to our floor, we made our way to the 'Superior room'. Upon first entering the room we were very pleased with size of it. There was a small entry hall with a shelf for your bag and hat etc and hooks for your coats. To the right was the bathroom and ahead the main room equipped with the bed, TV, chair, desk, coffee machine and mini fridge. The large, almost full-length windows give the room an even more spacious feel with lots of light and a nice view over the street of this great central location, which was great for people watching or looking at some of the crazy driving out there!! The bed looked clean and comfy and the requested extra 2 pillows had been added :) The bathroom was one of the highlights of this accommodation, it was large with sufficient towels and toilet paper and a large radiator which kept the room warm and your towels toasty for drying off after enjoying some relaxation in the amazing bath!!. Though not long, it was deep and great for some recharge time, with a glass of wine, after walking around exploring Rotterdam through the day. The shower was small but sufficient, I would say the water was rather cool from the shower and couldn't be put up any higher. A bit of a shame, but certainly not a deal breaker if I was to visit Rotterdam again. After a long day and a great bath the bed was next to try and I will say I slept like a baby. The bed was very comfy. I have back issues and some beds aggravate it terribly, but I had absolutely no problems in the morning after sleeping here. The pillows may be a bit too thick for me, but this is a subjective view and I think many places have these overly fat pillows. The staff were always very friendly and there were never any issues getting in or out of the hotel, even outside normal hours. Your door keycard works until the evening, when for security you need to ring the bell for the receptionist to let you in. You can also use the Emma website. By entering your booking within the website, you can open the front door to the hotel and also your room door. I found this a very very handy addition. If all this wasn't enough to convince you to stay with the Emma Hotel. The coffee in the foyer will. It's free and honestly some of the best coffee I had while in Rotterdam. There is also tea and biscuits on offer. I made good use of this facility and was grateful for its presence. Overall, I rate the Emma Hotel 5/5. Arrivo in al ergo con un voucher prepagato dall’agenzia di viaggi, tutto a posto solo che l’impiegata deve controllare se la tassa di soggiorno è pagata. visto che impiega un po’ troppo tempo, gli chiedo di darmi la chiave, gli faccio notare che sono stanco, mi sono alzato alle 4 del mattino ( sono le 18), che ha 48 ore di tempo per controllare e che comunque avrei pagato questa tassa ma niente da fare, continua imperterrita nei suoi controlli, gli chiedo per ben tre volte di darmi la chiave ma niente. Alla fine ha visto che non devo pagare la tassa e devo literal e te strappargli la chiave dalle mani. Quando dico che il suo atteggiamento è stato “indisponente”, è per rimanere educato, la parola adatta sarebbe un’altra ma ho paura che trip advisor non pubblichi la recensione. Per concludere, evitate questo postaccio!
