Hotel a 5 stelle, situato a circa 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rotterdam. È molto comodo. Anche la camera è molto pulita e spaziosa. La colazione è un po' ordinaria per il prezzo. La colazione al Marriott accanto è migliore un peccato.

Questa è stata la mia peggiore esperienza all'Hilton perché mi è stata assegnata una camera accessibile a persone con disabilità. Le tende nella stanza erano rotte e l'hotel non aveva altre soluzioni per sostituirle. Ho dovuto sopportare la luce solare abbagliante del mattino e non potevo per dormire Servizio clienti di notte Il personale ha detto che ci sarebbe stato un risarcimento o qualcosa del genere, ma non hanno detto alcun risarcimento o scuse quando ho fatto il check-out il giorno successivo Inoltre, la stanza era troppo vecchia e nessuno la stava usando l'igiene era pessima. Very good experience in Rotterdam. I will be back to stay in Hilton if I visit Rotterdam next time.

Location is good. But something strange happened that I asked the receptionist to get a pair of slipper, the staff said it was out of stock and would be available the next day. When I asked again the next day, he said it would not arrive until next week, i don’t know if this is real or not, but this is odd for such a level of hotel. Moreover, bottle of water provided only once no matter how long you stayed.

It's about 600-700 meters away from the railway station, not far away. It's very convenient to travel. Here, I want to specially thank the front desk guy for checking in. Since the children have taken an 18-hour trip and are very tired, he patiently searched and found us an empty room. He checked in for us in advance, so that the children got a good rest! He has done his job very well! Thanks again!

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and polite too. We do enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Close to the metro station which you can go to Den Haag within 30 minutes. Also close to the Rotterdam central station. The room is nice and clean.

Great location, easy to get around in Rotterdam. If you are a bit sensitive to noise , better ask for a room far away from the elevator. Highlight is definitely the breakfast buffet team - thanks a lot for the great service and smiles despite a high stress level in the morning.

For a hotel chain this big I wasn’t amazed at the standard room size and the service I was provided was very basic room and bed

Good hotel, recommend to stay

Great location, really close to the metro station and tram station. You can access Rotterdam and Den Haag easily. Supermarket is nearby too and the hotel breakfast is superb.
