Il servizio dell'hotel è ideale, l'atteggiamento è sincero e le strutture sono nella media. La camera è abbastanza grande, pulita e soddisfacente, con terrazza e l'aria condizionata è abbastanza fredda. Purtroppo l'acqua calda è calda e fredda. A causa di problemi di pressione dell'acqua, dovrebbe essere migliorata. La piscina non è troppo grande, ma è abbastanza pulita, adatta per un viaggio in famiglia. Everyone has their own price point and level of comfort. We stayed in the family bungalow, if you enjoy rustic accommodation and the feeling of the breeze between the floorboards this place is for you. As a family it did not suit our needs. The bathrooms were in need of some TLC and the pool was murky. We felt it was more a 2 star resort due to the accommodation standard in the family bungalow.

Hotellin sisäpiha on erittäin kaunis. Myös rakennukset hyvässä kunnossa. Tuntui kuin aika olisi pysähtynyt. Olisi ollut kiva nauttia aamiaista sisäpihalla. Siihen ei kuitenkaan ollut panostettu.

Look, it's Battambang. A small city/large town in a developing country. Expectations have to be moderated. Even so, this was pretty poor. Good stuff first. The room was a good size, the aircon worked, the fridge worked, and the location is pretty good. However the listing is false in a number of ways. The restaurant is not operating. Breakfast us a myth. The hot water takes about fifteen minutes to kick in, and there was no hot water to the wash basin at all. Half the powerpoints are clapped out so the plug just falls out of them. Loose (live?) electrical wire just poking through a hole into the cupboard. "Do not disturb" indicators don't work. Overall, I'd probably suggest not coming to Battambang. If you do, don't stay here.
