The room was a good size & we enjoyed the hot tub & the west facing balcony to drink wine & admire the sunset. The bed was a good size & comfortable. The shower gel ran out during our stay & wasn't filled up - it must have been super low when we arrived as we were only there for 3 nights. Rude, forceful & judgemental person on reception, which began our stay with an uncomfortable & inferior feeling. I would not stay again because of this experience.

The booking was for our honeymoon trip. The room was great and clean. But it wodth to notice that the reception closes at 7pm, please plan accordingly.

It's a good hotel, located right in the town center, a few blocks from restaurants, easy walk to a park with small hot springs , I liked everything except the view.

總體來説，自駕新西蘭環島一路上預訂的所有酒店，雖然不一定能有豪華級別的酒店能提供（畢竟人口密度很低），但基本上所有酒店床都非常舒適和乾淨，這真的太重要了，白天基本都在外面要麼開車趕路要麼Hiking，所以休息的時候能有個舒適整潔的床真的保證我們的睡眠質量。每次抵達房間前都做好了心裏準備，但其實每一次都有些超預期，像這次去Rotorua訂的這間，房間乾淨整潔，床品和床墊也很舒適，房間還有多一個單人床，也很舒適，廚房有烤箱，衞生間有洗衣機，離最熱鬧的街道很近。因為行程安排很緊湊，每一次都是很晚到酒店，很早就出發了，所以上面這些條件對於自駕出行來説已經算滿意了👍👍

房間不大但是設施完善有洗衣機烘乾機廚房。前台下班時間比較早，晚到的需要提前跟前台聯繫。

房間很大很好，但是自己有停車場不讓客人停還是比較麻煩的一個問題。外面停車規定多，挪來挪去很煩人。也沒有餐廳早餐，還好旁邊也不遠

로토루아 시내 한 가운데 있어서 접근성이 좋습니다
