This was a lovely stay but the one thing that I didn’t like was the card that came with the spa bath jets. it’s ridiculous paying $5 for that to work when it’s in the room we booked. It’s algoods can’t really complain. Heaps of space in the room love the balcony. 

Too much baby mosquitoes. Couldn’t open the window or turned in the light.

the beds were comfortable but shower and sink were not cleaned properly , needs a new shower box and sink and vanity thnx.

A good central stay for a quick overnight stay in Rotorua. Facilities a bit dated but good value for money

The check-in process was quick and straightforward. The hotel is dated, but the room is spotless and spacious.

spacious and big room, jets not working in bath but still good. good balcony view, and bed was very comfy. will be back again!

The front desk service is very good, the room and bathroom are spacious.

A short walk out of town, huge room with a strange bath in a separate room. The hotel gets very busy but plenty of parking and staff are very friendly
