È stato utile per il prezzo che con una posizione fantastica pochi minuti al centro commerciale centrale e facile da controllare e uscire anche in mattinata molto presto.

Ho usato questo posto poche volte per i gruppi, questa volta sono davvero in corto, nessuno è responsabile, molto difficile parlare con un manager. Problemi con il ristorante. È stato poco personale. Il cibo era troppo salino. I piatti a base di soia non erano mangiabili. Nessuno ha chiesto quando è stato inviato infinito se c'era un problema. Solo i robot che forniscono cibo e il personale molto inesperto. Non riuscivo a ordinare più bevande in buono tempo.Il buffet è molto basso. Ok. E' pulito. Tuttavia, per £250 una stanza penso che sia troppo costoso. Grazie per la buona parte Trip.com molto meglio 2 giorni prima dell'evento. I bagni non si drenano. Le tappe e i accessori sono liberi o non finiti correttamente. Servizio clienti povero in generale, nonostante avesse 5 camere nel nostro gruppo e cena per 10. Dice che mi richiamerà. E' stato dopo aver parlato con un uomo che ha detto che non era il direttore, che lavorava solo lì per 8 settimane, ma mi ha detto che non conoscevo le industrie dei servizi! Una vergogna, che dovrò trovare altrove la prossima volta. Non è un indizio di un sorriso o di una scusa o di qualcosa che possa dire che avrebbe rialimentato. 🤷

I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Victoria for any conference or large-scale event; the team here, in particular Emily Evans, were friendly, outgoing and went above and beyond to ensure that our conference ran smoothly. Before arriving at the hotel, the team was in constant contact with our team to ensure that our delegates rooms were booked, our menu selection for our formal dinner was confirmed and that dietary requirements would be met. Furthermore, after highlighting that some of our delegates would be observing Ramadan, the team not only provided packed breakfasts for these delegates so that they could continue to take part in suhoor, signage was created to highlight where the prayer room would be over the course of our stay. As the Crowne Plaza Victoria is a hotel there will be other guests who have booked their rooms months in advance, once the team realised that we would be six rooms short, the hotel across the road was contacted to enquire whether they had any availability to accommodate our overflow. Once confirmed that they did, all we had to do was inform the team who would be staying at this hotel and their dietary requirements; the fact that the Crowne Plaza was so proactive in providing a solution to a problem we were not aware of was so greatly appreciated and highlighted to us that this was a venue/ team which wanted to ensure that we and our delegates had the best time with them before we had even arrived! In addition to this, the team’s dedication to ensuring that our conference ran smoothly was further highlighted by Emily physically moving the tables all by herself when we realised that the position of certain tables obstructed the view of the presentation. All requests such as; additional labelling for food, temperature control of the main room were completed swiftly, even by hotel staff whom were not directly assigned to looking after us. All the food provided was amazing, whether it was lunch, snacks or the food served at dinner, you could tell that an incredible amount of detail was given. I could not recommend this hotel and team enough!

Everything in this hotel was excellent, from the grounds upon arrival, to the checking in process, the room, the restaurant and the Wi-Fi. Stayed here on a business trip prior to a meeting. The room was spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need for a decent night’s stay. The bathroom was huge, one person mentioned there was enough room in their shower for twelve people! Room had its own air conditioning unit which meant I could set the perfect, comfortable temperature. Shower had all the necessary toiletries and there was plenty of loo roll provided. Restaurant was fresh and modern. Food was excellent and service was friendly. Would definitely come back.

La camera era bella e pulita con un bagno spazioso. L'unica questione che avevamo era il rumore del traffico, ma una volta chiuse la finestra era tranquilla. Hotel perfetto, sicuramente resta qui di nuovo.

Molto comodo soggiorno, pulito senza spot e un letto molto comodo. I vestiti da bagno sono un bel toccamento. Il tè, il caffè, il latte fresco e le biscotti che si possono alzare dalle stazioni di ogni corridoio. Il colazione è molto buono.

Basico, benvenuto pulito e perfetto. Bella vista intorno alla città. Piacere. Calmo e confortevole. Personale di accoglienza utile. È più di un alto termine Hostel che un hotel ma nessuno è peggio per lui perché questo lo rende economico e ragionevole per un soggiorno di notte in un centro città.Colazione limitata e molto base croissant di cioccolato di caffè ma era ok. Meglio di niente. Non ci sono strutture per fare tè o caffè nella tua stanza, ma il checkout più tardi è un bonus, perché ci sono caffè e negozi di caffè a piedi. Molto nella zona del cuore studente ma ci piaceva molto e ci consiglierei felicemente e ritornare 😀.

Quindi, dopo aver letto altre recensioni, ero un po' incerto di cosa aspettarmi dopo aver prenotato questo hotel per essere onesti, ma ci siamo piacevolmente sorpresi. Abbiamo una camera doppia sul 7° piano che era molto accogliente, molto comodo letto di dimensioni re, pulito e tempestivo con tutto ciò che aveva bisogno (tovaglioli, caldaia, ferro, asciugacapelli) grande bagno che aveva bisogno di un po 'di TLC ma era ancora pulito e tempestivo. Admettendo che il decollo era il colazione che era incluso nella prenotazione, questo richiede un po' di attenzione, perché la qualità alimentare non è grande e defo deve essere più caldo con qualche scelta, ma tutto in tutto, ha fatto il lavoro. L'ultima volta che ci siamo trasferiti a Sheffield abbiamo trovato un altro hotel con camere come i capelli di coniglio e senza finestre, e questo hotel era meglio e resterà qui per un fine settimana quando siamo a Sheffield
