Budget Inn

There were many flaws in this property. First, the fridge was not working. Second, the room was filthy. It had dust on the floor and trash on the side of the bed. Last but not least, the staff. The property seems to be family-owned, and they live in it. They are always around, and it feels a bit uncomfortable. They were rude at a few moments. For example, on my check-out day, I extended one night because I was tired. However, I had to cancel a few minutes later due to a family emergency, and she did not want to give me my money back. This situation was in minutes; I would say less than 15 minutes from the extension. She tried to steal my money, and It did not look good at all. Sincerely I wouldn’t recommend this property.

My husband & I stayed here while he was in town for his job. I emailed the motel and asked about weekly rates and if we left early would we our money be refunded if we had to leave early. I explained to them in my email that he could be transferred without early notice. I was told that our money would be refunded if we had to leave early. We did leave 2 days early and they did NOT refund our money. When I asked why not lady in the office said we got a special rate because we paid by the week. I pulled up the email where I had addressed this very issue and all she kept saying was she was sorry that they did not refund for early departure. That wasn't the worst part. Our room was the worst part. I sprayed bed when we first arrived. Removed the sheets and cover, replaced them with my own. I bleached the refrigerator because it had mold. Toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned inside or out. Bleached that too. Didn't walk on carpet without shoes. Only 1 outlet worked. Motel needs remodeling to be brought up to date. Had to call front office on 3 different occasions because of noise from other guest. We would have been no worse off had we decided to sleep in our vehicle.

I checked in here On a Sunday night and I paid for four days in advance! not knowing how long I would be there and telling them I might be leaving early or might be staying longer? work calls me to leave early so I checked out Wednesday morning expecting a refund of Thursday ! The kid at the front desk said no refunds and I explained I was only there for three nights why don't I get a refund he said that's the policy I said you should've explain that when I checked in because otherwise I would've paid for one day at a time because I didn't know how long I was going to be there!! absolutely refused to give any kind of refund or concession! it's OK to stay there if you're gonna be one night but if you aren't sure how long you're going to be there, don't pay for it in advance? because you won't get any money back! And I stay a lot of hotels and get weekly rates and I understand those normally don't have refunds but they always tell you that but for them to pay for four days in advance and you only stay three days and not give your money back?!?! I've never heard of that its just stealing from people so be careful if you go there!!

I was needing a place to stay for a few days so I decided to check in there because I have heard that they were not to expensive. But to my dismay they refused to give me a room because I had a Roswell driver license. The person at the desk explained to me that it was a city regulation. Never heard of that before. So i went up the street to another hotel and checked in. ridiculous! Oh yes the budget inn i went to is the other one on 2nd street.

Fits my budget less than 60 for nice clean comfortable room. I will recommend this place to all travelers passing through roswell. Amazing customer service internet works good for me very fast and easy to connect. Manager helps me to local restaurants
