Rostock: hotel con bar

L'hotel ha una posizione super nel centro e nel porto. Il servizio era QUALRO. Personale molto amichevole, dato che eravamo 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini), non aveva un letto che è stato immediatamente fatto dopo le informazioni da noi. La stanza era molto spazio e tutto pulito. Il bagno era grande e una bella doccia. C'era un cuoco d'acqua con tè, caffè per fare da solo, e nel lobby c'era acqua, mele e dolci da portare. La terrazza del tetto a 10 piani o più era aperta a tutti e si dispone di sedie a letto per il sole e una super vista sul porto e sulla città.

In generale, siamo stati molto pacificati. - Il personale era molto gentile. - La colazione era molto buona. - Parcheggio in garage (sfortunatamente, prezzo aggiuntivo) - Camere molto pulite - Situazione per noi molto buona (centro diretto)

Abbiamo visitato Rostock per la prima volta mia moglie e io. Ci siamo trasferiti a Vienna House Sunne per 11 giorni. Quando siamo arrivati, ci siamo incontrati con Sonja che ci ha fatto sentire a casa.. Ci ha incontrati ogni mattina per vedere se tutto era perfetto.. Infatti, tutto era perfetto.. Il personale era sempre sorridente e pronto a aiutare. L'hotel è meraviglioso e molto ben situato nel cuore del Neumarkt... Tutti i negozi e la vita urbana a piedi. Trams in diverse parti di Rostock sono disponibili e la stazione è a 30 secondi a piedi dall'hotel. Die Begrüßung im Hotel war sehr erfrischend und angenehm, so wie man es sich wünscht. Das Doppelzimmer ist ausreichend groß und mit allen Dingen die man erwartet ausgestattet. Bei geschlossenem Fenster stört der Fahrzeuglärm der Straße nicht. Etwas störend ist die Hellhörigkeit zwischen den Zimmern, vor allem weil sich einige Gäste nicht zu benehmen verstehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und in guter Qualität, ebenso das Essen im Restaurant ”5 Elemente”. Die Saunalandschaft und das Panoramaschwimmbad haben wir fast täglich nach unseren Stadtbesichtigungen genutzt und fanden es sehr angenehm. Als störend empfand ich es, dass vereinzelte Personen nicht wissen wie Hygiene einzuhalten ist (Füsse nicht auf dem Handtuch, nasse Badeanzug oder Badehose wird in der Sauna nicht ausgezogen). Vielleicht sollte das Hotel mit einem Merkblatt auf die Nutzungsregeln der Sauna hinweisen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sehr gute Sauberkeit in allen Räumen und mit freundlichen und engagierten Personal. Dankeschön.

We had our family Christmas here. Besides the nice design of the hotel and the clean rooms, there is nothing good about this place. The service here was unfriendly, slow, and disorganized from the start of our booking through check out. The staff seems to be mainly comprised of grumpy trainees. They also don’t seem to speak German or English very well, which understandably makes it difficult to provide good service. The painful experience started with the booking process. Our group wanted a block of 6 suites. The reservations team took 7-9 days to respond between each email, sometimes only after me following up. In the week leading up to our stay, the team was a bit more responsive, but in general they made it needlessly difficult to organize our stay with them. When we arrived, we didn’t even get a “hello” from the reception. The keys were shoved in our face and no info or help was offered (no info about breakfast, where the facilities were, no offer of help with our luggage). Except for the breakfast, the food is overpriced, the selection is not great, and taste-wise, the food was pretty bland and unmemorable. One night in da Mario, we waited 20 mins to get our leftovers packed, and we ended up just leaving as it seemed the staff had totally forgotten about us. Another night in the Brasserie, the staff seemed very annoyed to serve us - to be fair it was busy that night, but our group felt unwelcome and uncomfortable there. They’ve overpriced a lot of their food and drink; make sure to bring your own water bottles or you’ll be stuck paying 7,90€ for 0,5L water. One night we asked for two liters of water delivered to the room; the bill including service charge and tip was nearly 40€ 😄 The last little treat from their staff came today: due to illness, we needed to late cancel two of our spa reservations. When we canceled, the spa generously offered to let us cancel free of charge. However, after we left, their team emailed us to let us know nevermind, we would have to pay after all.

Sì, il ”Pequeno Sole” è arrivato negli anni, ma tutti i dipendenti hanno fatto un grande sforzo per soddisfare i nostri desideri. Alcuni non sono così semplici quando l'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione. Abbiamo potuto trasferirci in una bella stanza all'hotel vicina ”Vienna House Sun”, perché ci sono state gravi carenze nella stanza del ”Pequeno Sole”. In questo hotel le letti erano meravigliose, tutto molto pulito e accogliente! Proprio un hotel di classe superiore ...Qui ci siamo sentiti molto bene. La colazione è stata un ottimo inizio per il giorno. PRIMA! Ma il meglio è stato davvero il personale meraviglioso e amichevole. Riusciranno a dare una nuova lucentezza al ”Pequeno Sole”.

During a recent stay I had a health issue and called the front desk and spoke to one of the staff. She (sadly, I forget her name but it had an eastern European ring to it) was absolutely superb; she called an ambulance and the paramedics knocked on my room door only 20 minutes later. They let themselves in (as I was immobile) and took me to hospital. While I was in the A&E department I called again and the same lady made sure that room service would collect my belongings from the room and take them down to the front desk, where I later, after being released from hospital, was able to pick them up. The MotelOne staff deserve full marks for making sure a very difficult day did not turn out to be a really horrible one. My sincere thanks!
