perfect place.near airport. clean.pleace, peaceful. nice lady in reception early morning 04:00 started pickup smaller 🚌 to airport

Потратили кучу времени, чтобы попросту попасть в номер. Сразу с улицы не могли попасть в комплекс. Далее не могли получить ключи от номера.
И вишней на торте был человек из поддержки, который давал не правильные коды от двери коридора с номерами
Потратив час времени отдыха, мы попали в номер.
Инструкции к подключению WiFi нет.
Шампуня нет.
Ванная не в лучшем состоянии.
Микроволновка я печь - грязная.

Chiaramente hotel in rapporto al prezzo pagato, quindi letto spartano, soprattutto terzo, e non confondetevi è un appartamento non un hotel, anche se utilizzato solo per una notte come abbiamo fatto noi. Ad esempio non troverete caffè o shampoo! In compenso cucinino con essenziale e microonde. Veramente carina la caffetteria e a me trasporto (2 volte) per aereoporto funzionato molto bene

Most reviewers seems to ignore the information sent out. Neither regarding codes nor shuttle service.
The room i got was clean and warm despite -15 outside. Single beds are a bit narrow. Both washing machine and dryer available. Shuttle service MUST be prebooked.
I arrived at 22.20 on 2024-01-16 and the driver of the minivan was extremely service minded and ensured i knew how to find my key and use the codes. I enjoyed the Breakfast buffet at Quality next door for only 175 SEK.

Communication, the room itself was really good and calm. Unfortunately there were hairs to find on the bed, on the toilet seat and a lot in the sink.
Besides that it was all clean and good but for me having hairs everywhere was kinda disgusting. So maybe remind your cleaning team to be more accurate. Thanks for the stay anyway.

Free shuttle is a bonus. Nice and close to the airport. Easy to find reception. Check in was a breeze. You get a key not a fob and you get an access code for your floor. If I was staying longer it was nice they had washers and dryers for no charge. Room was very clean and basic. Little table a double bed. Nice bathroom with waterfall shower head. I did see a silverfish by the table on the ground when I was checking out. If you are looking for ambiance and something special this is not it. For the price it is a good place. Staff are helpful and kind. I checked out and they will watch your bags if you go into city before your flight like I did. Honestly for the price you get privacy and a kitchenette so really great value. I would recommend snd would stay again.
