Hotel vicini a SPA Le Finlandais a Rosemere

HOTEL: First, we arrived in daylight hours, checked in to our ”suite” , and were told to go to our room 126 (called Celestre on the web site). We had to walk down a very dimly lit hallway that was so dark, we thought we were were walking into a haunted house. We could not even read the room numbers unless you got about a foot away from the room doorways. Is this some sort of joke ?! There was a light at the end of the long hallway for a large wall photo, and only when we got to the end of the hallway could we see our room number. Did not get a feeling of being safe nor customer friendly. Once in the room, which was also dimly lit, we encountered several ”techy” light switches (designed for setting ambient lighting), some didn't work, others worked for coloured LED strip lights which were confusing to change colours and intensity. Lighting intensity made it more difficult to see what function the small print on the switches performed. Remote control for the TV would power on the TV, but would not change the channels, screen just kept showing the hotel advertisement. Remote control for the fireplace (although we did not need it) also failed to function Website photo of the room shows a wave type ( ~ ) lounger, not what was in the room, which was a prop up back lounger. The A/C unit had a very loud fan, and very poorly positioned right alongside the bed, which made sleeping with the unit on virtually impossible. Oh, did I mention that there was an ON/OFF light switch at the front door for selecting whether A/C or heating ( and I think it was in French only). Last but not least, the Spa's hotel is situated across the street from the Spa (a 5 lane undivided boulevard). I believe there's a limo if you want to wait for it, but don't count on the limo at Spa closing time (10 pm), it's parked so you have to walk across the boulevard in the night. We also got to experience this closing experience along with a major downpour, dressed in our bath robes and flip flops. SPA: Very nice and well equipped spa and bistro, Therapeutic massage with Mark Hindle was excellent, although more than twice the price of my home massage therapist. Therapist agreed to wear a mask on my request (I wore one throughout), but only because he was feeling under the weather and coughing a bit. I would go back to the spa, but forget the hotel, not worth the price.

Questo è un nuovo hotel, quindi tutto è nuovo, il servizio è buono, avere buon colazione. La gente che lavora al bar del colazione sembra cercare di fare troppo in modo di fare indovinare che ci sia qualcosa di più, ma sarebbe bello se potessero rilassarsi per far sì che i due gusti si aiutassero prima. Se avete domande, i funzionari del servizio frontale sono disponibili, ma sarebbe bello se potessero provare un sorriso a volte. Sono degli Stati Uniti e sono stato in giro per la gente tutta la mia vita, quindi sono grande a essere amichevole e cortese, non importa quanto male siete nell'umore, ma non mi aspetto che gli stranieri lo facciano.Mi piace il posto così lascio una 5 stelle.

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

L'hotel all'arrivo era pulito e molto bello da andare. Il personale che mi ha aiutato a controllare era meraviglioso, mi ha aiutato a parlare inglese e tutto era fantastico. La stanza era pulita e fresca e tutto sul mio soggiorno era grande. suggerirei l'hotel a amici e familiari al tuo hotel meraviglioso. P.S molto buono e forte caffè :)

Ben situato Frigo e AC rumore contro

Le camere sono state molto ben mantenute e il servizio del personale del servizio di fronte. Le camere erano spaziose con un letto regina e un divano che ha dormito facilmente. Ha una cucina piena con letto se vuoi cucinare. Lenzuola, asciugamani erano puliti. Il dipartimento frontale era molto cortese e soddisfacente per tutte le esigenze

Hotel , corretto ma troppo costoso per quello che è.il letto era confortevole ma manca di coperture.un grande più per le bagni con grande doccia e aria condizionata molto rumorosa.

We stayed here for one very short night prior to an early flight from the airport. We chose this hotel partly because it had a restaurant, and after arriving on the train we didn't want to have to seek out a place to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Monday, so we had to take a taxi to a restaurant about a mile away. There was a happy hour at the hotel with generous drinks but really minimal food, so that wasn't an option for dinner. The other negative is that there is a lot of noise from the nearby highway. Only in the morning did we discover that earplugs were available in the bedside drawer. Obviously the noise is a problem for many people. We took a 5:15 AM shuttle to the airport and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to leave so early that we were unable to take advantage of the provided breakfast. For a one-night stay near the airport, we could have probably found a more suitable, quieter hotel for less money. A shuttle to the restaurant would have been helpful, and a packaged breakfast to go would have been a nice touch.
