Hotel con piscina a Rosemead

I am writing this letter to share my observations and experiences at your hotel. Overall, I think the hotel's environment is average, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, I would like to suggest some improvements to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, particularly regarding the condition of the indoor facilities. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel has left a good impression on me. The rooms and public areas are quite clean, which was an important consideration for me during my stay. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in this regard. However, I must point out that the indoor facilities of the hotel appear somewhat outdated. The furniture and equipment in the rooms seem to have been in use for a long time, and some of them are even worn out. This gives me a sense of antiquity and has affected my overall experience during my stay. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that the hotel management consider updating and maintaining the indoor facilities. This can enhance the overall image of the hotel and provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Once again, thank you for your assistance and service during my stay at the hotel. I hope my feedback will be helpful in improving the hotel.

WE checked in this hotel over the weekend to be near whittier narrows tennis center, the hotel was nicely located, near the freeway but not noisy, special mention to Irene who gladly helped us with restaurant choices and was forever friendly everytime we would enter or leave the building, the tv selection was ample and rooms are clean and comfrotable

Dal momento in cui si cammina a piedi nel nostro hotel, vi sarete benvenuti con calda ospitalità e un vero desiderio di rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo e memorabile.

Dal momento che siamo arrivati, il desk rep Michael era sorprendente! Ci ha salutati con sorriso e molto accogliente. È stato molto professionale e disposto a aiutare con qualsiasi cosa e ha menzionato un posto per mangiare, perché siamo venuti da Glenwood Colorado e aveva ragione il Buffet è DELICIOUS! Grazie, Michael, il vostro servizio ospite è fantastico! Anche io sapevo di averlo visto prima, ma lui continuava a dire che non era mai stato in Colorado, ma se lei leggesse questo mio figlio, ricorda di averlo fatto il ragazzo del film Star Wars! Posso dire che ho incontrato una celebrità:) da tutti i miei film preferiti.Per voi Michael siete il migliore e meritate due pollice in alto!
