Usiamo spesso la catena B e B e questa volta abbiamo trovato un hotel nuovo,moderno e dal design minimale. Posizionato in una ampia area commerciale ha parcheggio gratuito,accesso alla reception al secondo piano e personale cordiale . Le camere sono nuove,pulite e ben accessoriate con grande tv,cassaforte ,frigo e efficiente climatizzatore . Il bagno ha un grande vano doccia con doppio soffione. Ampia scrivania e prese ovunque. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .39 euro la doppia senza prezzo colazione .

Abbiamo soggiornato qui prima - non a scelta - la famiglia che si è prenota circa 15 anni fa per visitare alcuni cugini che vivevano vicino e wow, è stato ancora peggio la seconda volta. Non è un licenziamento di pittura o di aggiornamento per mobili o servizi nei 15 anni che abbiamo incontrato questo hotel datato, stanco. estremamente stanco e datato. In bisogno di qualche nuovo mobilio, le letti facevano il mio corpo, una camera molto piccola per una famiglia di 4 (dovremmo salire sopra i letti per arrivare al bagno), la lenzuola era prurito, l'aria condizionata non era controllabile - eravamo tutti cosi freddi che non potevamo nemmeno dormire. Il ristorante e la cena - la peggiore parte dell'hotel - nel seminterrato senza luce naturale o aria. In realtà abbiamo lasciato un giorno prima e perso i nostri soldi come non poteva gestire un'altra notte. Un posto così bello - con un piccolo investimento questo hotel potrebbe essere almeno medio, ma temo di dire che è davvero povero.

Il bellissimo hotel situato proprio nel porto con un abbondante ristorante e bar.Abbiamo prenotato la suite junior con jacuzzi, piuttosto deluso come nessun salone solare sulla nostra terrazza privata nonostante molte camere per ospitarli. La stanza era spaziosa e decorata con gusto, il controllo del personale era meraviglioso, ma non sono d'accordo con un prezzo di servizio da 15 €, anche se vuoi un bicchiere di vino. Quando paghi 250 € per notte, mi aspetto di poter ordinare una bevanda nella mia stanza. Abbiamo finito a piedi al bar vicino alla porta, a 2 minuti a piedi e abbiamo speso €118 per un delizioso pranzo e bevande che l'hotel manca di reddito aggiuntivo a causa di questa politica di “ servizio” tariffe. Certamente, oggi e in età si dovrebbe essere in grado di ordinare extra senza pagare un costo per un servizio hotel standard

We stayed for 3 nights and played golf twice. The hotel looks quite grand when you arrive,and we had no trouble parking, although it’s low season. In high season I expect you would have difficulty finding a parking space outside, in which case you would have to pay to park in the hotel underground facility. Our room had a lovely view with a small balcony over the swimming pool. It was fully functional and clean, but pretty tired. The air conditioning seemed to have been set to winter mode, so the room was 25C. Maybe okay for Spanish guests, but far too hot for us. The chamber maids, maintenance man, then hotel Director all tried to rectify the problem, which was subsequently rectified the following day. We were offered a move to an apartment, but didn’t fancy that. The beds in the room were also too hard for us, and the maids put on toppers the second night which made them a bit softer. Breakfast was pleasant, standard fare. We didn’t have dinner, but ate in the bar, which again was fine. We sat out on the terrace one lunchtime in the sunshine, and I suspect the pool area is lovely in high season. One lunchtime, the hotel recommended a restaurant in Aguadulce, restaurant Mistela Gastronomia, which was excellent. Very easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back. We played golf twice. Both days were at the weekend, but the course was very quiet, and we were not paired with anyone else. Very unusual even in low season. The area, and course is very hilly, so I would recommend a buggy (unless you’re super fit). It’s a woodland course, which I found quite interesting and challenging. Any water features are dry at the moment. ‘Rustic’ is the description I would use to describe the course. The pro shop were very friendly and surprisingly well stocked with a variety of clubs. It’s difficult to see how the hotel has achieved 5 star status, but the place grew on us, as all of the staff were so friendly. Despite having to complain, everyone we came into contact with tried their best to help, and seemed to want us to have a nice time. Not sure we would return, but we had a pleasant couple of days.

I cannot understand the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is very good at the city centre and close to the attractions. We had chosen a spa package, which is highly recommendable and included chocolates and prosecco. The spa experience was amazing, which we have also reviewed separately in more detail. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived early at 12, they let ut stay on the rooftop pool all day until our room was ready. Great customer service! And when I forgot my Spanish abanico at the hotel, they found it for me, and kept it for a week until I returned to pick it up. A special thank you for your help and honesty! Breakfast was good and the views were stunning from the rooftop to the Alcazaba. Very luxurious. They even opened the breakfast serving 15 minutes earlier than usual, so we had the chance to enjoy the breakfast and still catch our early morning bus. Just a perfect stay here. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de las atracciones. Habíamos elegido un paquete de spa, que es muy recomendable e incluía chocolates y prosecco. La experiencia de hammam fue increíble, que también hemos analizado por separado con más detalle. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Cuando llegamos temprano a las 12, nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina todo el día hasta que nuestra habitación estuvo lista. ¡Excelente servicio al cliente! Cuando olvidé mi abanico en el hotel, me lo buscaron y lo guardaron durante una semana hasta que volví a recogerlo. ¡Muchas gracias por su ayuda y honestidad! El desayuno era bueno con las vistas impresionantes de la Alcazaba. Muy lujo. Incluso abrieron el servicio de desayuno 15 minutos antes de lo habitual temprano por la mañana, y gracias a eso tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar del desayuno antes que nuestro autobús sale. Simplemente una estancia perfecta aquí.

Being located at the prime location, this hotel offers easy access to shopping, downtown, and nearby monuments nearby. Enjoyed my 1 week stay at AC Hotel Almeria, Rooms are bit smaller yet, no compromise on comfort level. I enjoyed had a walk around the corner every evening, because everything is just few mins walking distance. I personally loved the town Almeria exploring maximum by walk and reaching locals, this hotel took care of my stay comfortable. There are some rooms were have to reach over stairs, which I had struggled during check-in & check-out carrying a heavy baggage. Perhaps, the hotel staff can consider allot rooms based on customers carrying a heavy luggage, it’s bit challenging to carry them over stairs (only specific rooms on each floor). Rest everything else worth a 4* rating!

I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Grandi camere, con abbastanza spazio per un cane crate. Parcheggio sotterraneo sicuro, due grandi terrazze all'aperto con piastrelle e Astro turf. Grande per i cani a correre in giro se è tranquillo. Colazione è stata molto buona. Il migliore sul nostro 4 notti viaggi stradali. La squadra di ricezione è molto amichevole e utile.
