Os cuento mi experiencia de un robo: Le regalé a mi novio un fin de semana en el hotel BEST SABINAL de roquetas de mar. Ayer por la noche me dejé mi PULSERA DE PANDORA en la jabonera de la bañera, ya que siempre al ducharme me la quito para que no se ponga negra. Hoy nos hemos ido a Almeria capital a pasar el día allí y cuando hemos llegado estaba la habitación recogida y eso, y mi PULSERA no estaba en donde la dejé. Hemos buscado por todos los rincones de la habitación, que por cierto, la limpieza era bastante regular. Nos hemos ido a recepción para ver quien ha entrado a la habitación y eso, soluciones 0. Me parece lamentable que en un hotel considerado bastante bueno y de 4 estrellas, tengan un personal de limpieza que sean ladrones.

L’esperienza in questo hotel: ottima! Il personale educato, camere accoglienti e pulite grazie a Nadia, che ci ha saputo ascoltare e accontentare sempre con il sorriso! Molto bella l’atmosfera intorno alla piscina grazie a Rachel ed un saluto speciale anche all’animazione che ha reso questo soggiorno perfetto. Io e mio marito torneremo sicuramente!

Amici vi consiglio e vi suggerisco di venire a roqueta de mare e stupendo il personale e gli animatori molto gentile in piu gustavo il controlore di piscina molto molto gentile e educato velo consiglio da vero io e le mie sorelle ci siamo divertite un abracio a tutto il personale e sopra tutto a gustavo⛱️💃💃⛱️❤️💋

Excellent week in Best Sabinal. Excellent service, super clean and very comfortable beds and premium drinks. The only negative is the food is always cold so if this was resolved quickly that would be perfect. Overall an excellent holiday.

Nice room, food is ok, nice swimming pool No complaints Entertainment in spanisch, could be in other languages I am happy with this choice, lots of older people Room cleaning is good and nice see view Not much to see in the immediate surrounding

Hotel clean and on the beach although we were at the back of the hotel with view over car park. Small rooms with 2 large beds in. Very small wardrobe with few hangers and 1 shelf. Did have small fridge, air on and safe. Did not have tea or coffee making facilities. As I have mobility problems I am on a mobility scooter and was on the third floor, the problem was only 2 out of 3 lifts worked at any one tine. 30 minutes in the morning was regular waiting times to go down for breakfast of which the bacon was terrible. Evening meal was also something to be desired.

Hotel right next to the beach. Had a lovely sea view room. A very long promenade for the extent of the huge beach. Pool and pool area equipted with plenty of sunbeds and table and chairs for the bar area. Also games tables. Rooms have large and very comfortable beds. The reception area is very pleasant. The bar area is always kept clean and tidy. The dining room is set out well and staff very pleasant. A lot of different nationalities stay at the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Food was plentiful and good variety. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they were very clean. There was one thing that was missing was a kettle in the room so that we could have a coffee when we got up. I think also that there should be toilets outside as people have to go through the hotel to go and although you have to wear shoes the floor gets very slippy. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with sea views. Food was excellent with a great choice although it was busy at times. There was always something freshly grilled. Near to shops and bars. The pool are was busy but clean and very well organised. Staff were amazing and very helpful! Very clean hotel, lovely rooms. A lovely holiday!

Excellent location by the sea, you can go directly to the beach through a gate. Food is fine and varied. drinks are served at the table. You can get snacks between meals. Staff are friendly. Best mattresses ever for me, no back pain for the first time after holiday. The room and towels are changed daily. There is no need to lay down a towel and even in the afternoon you can still find a spot. There is a nice children's pool area with slides. The only disadvantage is parking, you have to pay 13 euros per day at the hotel. You can also park for free in the area. There are some shops and restaurants in the area. The boulevard is nice to walk along, but don't expect many shops and restaurants. Water skiing is a 15-minute walk away, well arranged there with security at sea if anything were to arise. 65 euros for 20 minutes.

Overall a nice 2 week stay on an all inclusive basis but I expected more from a 4* hotel Let's start with the positives: *2 double beds in superior room *Maid service every day. Spotlessly clean rooms *Rooms are spacious and great sea view (Pay the extra for a sea view or you'll get a view of a car park) and WiFi signal will be awful *Plenty of choice of food at lunch and dinner but does get repetitive at times. Always a pizza and pasta with bolognese or tomato sauce *Food is tasty and separate wok section for create your own freshly cooked stir fry (delish!) theme nights (Chinese, Mexican, Spanish) *Good choice of ice creams on all inclusive *Over the road from the pebble beach *Shops and restaurants in close vicinity of hotel *Long prom for walks *Mini club for 5+ *Kids disco every night and adult entertainment every night and through the day * Bus stop right outside hotel to venture out *Plenty of sunbeds all day never a need for a fight or an early get up *Play park good and safe my 2yr old loved it *The little fair next to the hotel is brill for the kiddies of all ages and not too expensive. The staff are wonderful so friendly and helpful and definitely get your moneys worth *Snack bar food good and HOT but staff didn't speak any English so ordering was fun. The menu is stuck to a window on the other side of the bar so can't even point to what you want Negatives: *Reception staff are pleasant and helpful until you have a problem then some can be very unhelpful and rude. (Our air con blew warm air and fridge did not work and it took 5 days, 2 days of complaining and contact with Jet2 in England to get it sorted) we were told the technician said the AC was working fine and we were wrong! Jet2 rep in Spain sided with the hotel and wasnt interested *Watch if you have little ones the room door is easily opened and unlocked *Queues for grill and wok section are very lengthy and slow moving *Splash pool is quite rough for toddlers. Our 2yr old was terrified of the buckets that tip water over you *WiFi can be hit and miss *FLIES - the amount of flies round the pool is ridiculous - spend most of your time swatting. This is due to food being left on the floor, drinks cups not being cleared up and bins overflowing. Never saw anyone clearing pool area during the day or ever cleaning it see photos *Lifeguard a stickler for rules told me off for having a little ball for my 2yr old in the pool (shouted across the pool so everyone knows) but didn't stop people smoking around the pool near children *If you're not Spanish you get second hand service and so many rude guests. I got elbowed out of a very long queue when trying to get a burger for my son and shouted at in French *No real effort to include the Brits - everything said in Spanish (luckily I understand) but even mini disco is all said in Spanish not translated for the other little ones *Spanish guests got served at the bar first no matter who was next in the queue **San Juan** disco

The hotel is great, the rooms and beds were prefect The guys at the pool are doing a great job!!! The food in the restaurant is very divers en taste great! Plenty of beds at the pool Had a great time!!! Drinks were super, and enough staff to help you at ther bar.
