Overall it’s fine - not too bad Front office staff are so good and helpful

Rooms smelled of sewage the entire night. It was awful and terrible. Bathroom towel holder just fell off. The building is dilapidated.

0 stars!! Trust me this place is not it!! The most nasty unwelcoming unpleasant disgusting hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. The health depar**ent ought to shut this atrocious place down it reeks and the rooms are absolutely filthy poop and boogers on the walls. White stuff and hand prints smirred all on bed backboard. Blood on the walls in the bathroom just sick my husband literally threw up the place was that bad. Also don't trust the pictures they have posted, it's not really as clean and nice as those pictures. Vents all dirty and just horrendous. Booked through a third party and my family and I couldn't even get a refund. Bad customer service and a incompetent horrific loathsome assistant manager is as trashy as the hotel is. When we checked, we pretty much checked right out wasn't even 15 min. later very horrible experience. Like my husband and I agreed just forget the money we will never book through third party or stay in a hell hole like this even if it was free. Talking about offering another room. All the rooms there are revolting and stomach turning. I don't even see how people stay there longer than 10 min. Leaving is what my family honestly enjoyed most. Forget the money we'd never ever stay in a room like that.

It is not top of the line. I do not like paying a $100 cash deposit at a hotel with no warning.

The price was right, parking was easy, staff very friendly and helpful. We needed an ADA room and it was mostly adequate but it is clear the property is depressed as remodeling was often poorly done, for example, paint splatters in the bathtub. Broken hanging bar sticking out in a way that posed danger to the unwary eyes.

The staff (the night girl we encountered) was amazing! Very friendly, helpful all the qualities you want as a first and last impression. The hotel itself was hard to find, the signs were not lite up. The insides of hotel was less than desirable ( dirty floors, carpets) it also seemed like there were long term guests there. Idk The room could have had another deep cleaning ( retraining, and some fixing up definitely needs to done,but - the bed was clean and that’s what we needed as we had an early flight. Like I said you get what you pay for and for the price the desk girl and clean bed were worth it.

The hallway carpet is stained and dirty, the sheets were stained. The walls are so thin you could hear everything around you. The price is cheap but for a bit more, you could get something so much better.

The front desk girls were amazing let me say that first…. But the parking lot was dark the place was dirty. Room 111 the door does t close properly and there is 2 inches around the whole door of space so bright in the room while trying to sleep, which the bed smelled of piss as did the pillows….went to the front desk… poor things said there are no more pillows they ordered them long ago and haven’t gotten them. They gave us additional bedding to cover up… explained all room even the broken rooms were filled… your a chain outside the airport filled to capacity and you can’t maintain this place! Honestly we left after 4 hours and will never eve go to another Travelodge and will make sure everyone I know is aware that the company doesn’t care…Don’t stay here!!
