When I arrived it was 8am and our check in time was 3pm. The let us early check in without any extras. The location is perfect, house keeping is perfect, the people working at the hotel are the best on all my hotels experience. Well done and keep this level of service.

很糟糕的一次體驗，為了離許願池近一點，選了這家酒店，登記房間的時候，一個高個子的中年婦女，明顯的歧視中國人，我一個大人帶了兩個孩子，非要説一個房間衹能住兩個人，不允許住三個人，非要我們再開一間房，否則另一個孩子不能入住，很明顯的跟搶錢沒什麼區別，之前的房間想退也不能退，沒辦法衹能再開一間房，三千多一晚人民幣，打電話要一個燒水壺，服務員假裝聽不懂，不給送，要一個被子，也是很久才送上來，服務超級差，早餐很慢很慢，很久才上一道你點的菜，不推薦中國遊客去受歧視……

完全符合五星精品酒店的標準，地理位置絕佳，房間寬敞乾淨安靜，枕頭床墊很舒服，浴巾厚實吸水好，早餐品質非常高，整個酒店服務很好，我們一共住了四晚非常推薦

Situato in Trevi, nei pressi della rinomata fontana, il Maalot sorprende per il gusto negli arredi e l’attenzione ai particolari. Camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort e pulizia giornaliera accurata. Qualità del sonno eccellente. Ristorante dell’hotel il Don Pasquale , vanta una cucina di altissimo livello con piatti tipici rivisitati. Un elogio particolare a tutto lo Staff per la cortesia e l’attenzione verso il cliente non scontata e spontanea. Grazie per l’ottimo soggiorno e arrivederci .

Sono stato molto colpito da questa piccola struttura aperta da poco nel cuore di Roma. Molto elegante,fresca,giovane è una struttura davvero accogliente, dove si è coccolati dal primo all'ultimo minuto del soggiorno . Sono stato molto colpito dalla cura con cui il personale si prende cura del cliente dentro ma anche fuori l'hotel. Consigliatissimo!

L'hotel è moderno e molto particolare nell'arredamento, grande cura per i dettagli sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Il personale è gentilissimo. Ottimo anche il cibo e i cocktail Inoltre è nel centro di Roma a due passi dalla fontana di Trevi. Ci tornerò di sicuro!

Splendida location, trovata per caso lungo la strada per la Fontana di Trevi. Ambiente raffinato di gran gusto. Originale la maison table con porcellana finissima. Ottimo pranzo, eccellente qualità. Cortesia e professionalità di tutto il personale, il Signor Giuseppe in particolare.

Era tanto che mancavo da Roma e quando finalmente ci sono ritornato ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel in pieno centro. Il Design è un sogno , ogni angolo profuma di vero lusso , l’oggettistica , i quadri i colori ... tutto curato nei minimi particolari in maniera perfetta . L’accoglienza calorosa di Michele , Laura, Serena e di tutto lo staff meravigliosamente guidato dal general Manager il Sig. Officioso . Breakfast eccellente così come il servizio housekeeping sempre attento ed efficace . Camera bellissima . Spero di non aver dimenticato nulla ma sicuramente è un esperienza meravigliosa che consiglio a tutti . grazie Hotel Maalot... see you soon

Found Hotel Maalot through the Chase travel Edit program, and it was a great stay. The service was great, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel was beautifully and colorfully decorated. It was also a 30 second walk to the Trevi Fountain and walkable to anything you’d want to visit. Highly recommend for a Rome stay!

The Maalot is a total standout gem and my favorite hotel in Rome. Everything is impeccable, from the central location right by the Trevi fountain (which I love passing by and saying hello to every time I leave and return to the hotel!) to the gorgeous rooms with unparalleled design, and the outstanding hospitality where every team member truly goes above and beyond. Housekeeping was prompt, thoughtful, and seamless. Breakfast is a beautiful and attentive affair - and the F&B manager is so delightful and clearly has such passion for her work! It was a joy meeting every member of this incredible place, which feels more like a 2nd home to me than a "hotel". I love interior decor and design and so fully appreciate their decor which is beautiful and tasteful - modern with a nod to classic Italian styles. But what is truly unbeatable is the people - the entire team is so wonderful and helpful. I truly felt so taken care of and had an incredible seamless experience. I have been to Rome 5 times, and this was my 2nd stay at Maalot because they left such an impression the 1st time - and after this 2nd amazing return stay, they have sealed the deal and I will not be going anywhere else. They also wow'd my partner who I was so excited to introduce to the Maalot this time. I travel globally often and this is a very unique place. Of all the places we stayed all over Italy, this was #1. Special shout out and big thanks to Jonida the manager for taking extra good care of me - including an unexpected knockout deluxe room set aside for me, and snagging coveted sold out tickets to the Borghese Gallery! I can't wait to return again.

We first visited Rome many years ago and always loved it. We have been back there many times. It was the queen of European cities. However sadly that is no longer true. It is now overcrowded, overpriced and filthy. We stayed in the Maalot for four nights. It is too close to the Trevi and all the adjoining streets, particularly the street the hotel is on, is overrun with tourists. Every day was like being in the middle of a crowd attending a festival or soccer match. Our bedroom was lovely and breakfast was very good. The service is attentive but cold. The hotel has no proper reception areas. It’s like staying in an upmarket b&b not a hotel. We wouldn’t stay there again. In fact it will be some time before we return to Rome. On our first night we went over to one of the streets near the Pantheon. It was late but we got a table on the street. The seagulls were swooping constantly due to the amount of rubbish on the street. Then a rat, the size of a pussy cat, ran across the street and under the tables …….disgusting!! Say no more……..

The Maalot Hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Rome, beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and the staff are very helpful. They were able to recommend some real Italian-style restaurants that were not tourist traps and make tour and restaurant reservations for us - unfortunately we don’t speak Italian. In addition to being so comfortable, hotel rooms are perfectly insulated from the hubbub of the surrounding streets. To step into the hotel from the street is like stepping into an oasis - cool, calm, quiet, restoring after a day of sightseeing in the city, and personally welcomed by staff. The bar is an inviting space with a knowledgeable bar attendant; the breakfast menu has on it everything that you might wish, from fresh fruit and juice to freshly baked pastries and egg dishes. We had a wonderful stay at the Maalot.

Excellent hotel and service. The best vibe when you enter into the lobby and find yourself in another world. I would go back there in a second. They crew is incredible as well. It has beautiful rooms with access to the street plus they team caters to your every whim. It is small so they will remember your name and greet you by name every time they see you.
