L’hotel sicuramente centralissimo, non dispone di sala colazione annesso alle stanze ovvero bisogna uscire e rientrare in un bistrot dell’hotel che la sera diventa ristorante. Molto scomodo. Le camere sono piccole , e il bagno purtroppo non così pulito. Il soffione della doccia era pieno di calcare. Per le tariffe applicate non ne vale la pena . La posizione sicuramente centralissima.

Struttura eccezionale sotto ogni profilo, posizione, comfort dei letti e dei cuscini, gentilezza del personale, pulizia, colazione e pasti. La zona è centralissima ma tranquilla, il personale molto disponibile. Una menzione a Paolo ed allo staff reception e ristorante. Da ritornare senza esitazioni

Sono ritornata a mangiare in questo locale e con mio stupore i menu erano cambiati, con l'attenzione ai prodotti di stagione, e il locale era più accogliente. Ho passato una piacevole serata romantica, grazie anche al servizio molto attento.

Caput mundi, si perché una posizione migliore, di quella del Tree charme parliament non esiste a Roma. A due passi da qualsiasi cosa bella ed interessante, così come è successo a noi, non avrete mai necessità alloggiando in questo albergo di un taxi o un bus per visitare questa città meravigliosa. L'hotel è nuovo di gusto, elegante ed il personale cortese e disponibile a soddisfsre qualsiasi esigenza. È stata una svelta davvero azzeccata, lo consigliamo a tutti. Miriam e Marco

Siamo stati molte volte a Roma ma pochissime volte abbiamo trovato un alloggio così. Upgrade da camera Deluxe a Suite, spaziosa, pulitissima, e arredata con gusto. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Ragazzi alla reception disponibilissimi e molto gentili. Ci torneremo. Complimenti

Abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana a Roma in questa struttura fantastica, accogliente e con personale sempre gentile e super disponibile. Tutto curato al minimo dettaglio e soprattutto struttura pulitissima. La posizione è ottimale, comoda per tutto e sicura anche nelle ore notturne Consiglio assolutamente.

Rude, deceitful staff. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The window was open when we arrived which means they were certainly attempted to air our the horrible smell. When we asked for another room, staff was rude and dismissive as if this was not a real concern. I was told that they could get a cleaner in two hours to change the sheets and in the meantime I could just wait!! Changing sheets would not help anyways. The staff did not help find alternate accommodation or issue a refund!! I paid for a non smoking room and DID NOT receive what I paid for. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Sempre lì per aiutare con trasporti e servizi. Ho avuto una reazione allergica a Roma e il personale ci ha aiutato a trovare una farmacia dopo mezzanotte, ha organizzato e parlato con il tassista di ciò che era necessario. Ha davvero fatto di tutto per aiutare. Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio e al sicuro qui.

La nostra preoccupazione riguarda il letto, due letti piccoli uniti ma uno più alto dell'altro

Sfortunatamente non potevamo andare a far scappare nostra madre / figlia per 3 notti, quindi ho mandato un'e-mail all'hotel più di una settimana prima e ho chiesto se potevamo avere un credito futuro per continuare a visitare, ma è stato rifiutato! Ho dichiarato che non mi aspettavo un rimborso. Ho pensato che, con così tanto covid in giro, avrebbero potuto essere un po' più accomodanti! non avrei fatto male!!!! Che peccato perché avremmo prenotato anche del tempo extra. Molto impressionato dalla mancanza di compassione!

Initially I was a little disappointed with the place when I got there. The entrance wasn’t anything enchanting and the reception area was also a small desk adjoining the main gate in their eating area. The hotel had claimed it had a lift but that was from the first floor upwards. To get to the first floor, there was a huge flight of steps. However, as I stayed on, the place grew on me. The staff was helpful on all occasions .. arranging a cab, carrying my suitcase up & then down again the steps, guiding me with the info I asked them for. The room was a decent size and well furnished. Though what I saw in the pictures whilst booking isn’t the room I got. Never the less it was very comfortable. The food was quite tasty. A little over priced I felt but then I guess, you pay for the location which was great. I walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & the Pantheon.

I made a nonrefundable booking and, within 24 hours, I fell ill and attempted to cancel. The hotel didn't care; they insisted on FULL penalty even though my room reservation was only active for less than 24 hours. If you think there is a 1% chance any of the following might happen to you: 1) Illness, 2) Death in your family, 3) Canceled flight, Etc, you should not book at this hotel. They are not compassionate people and so "Un-Italian". I think they must really be struggling financially....they are looking to make money any way they can, so be very cautious. Beware travelers!!!! I've attached a screenshot of my conversation with the hotel. They literally don't care about anything other than capturing that room fee.....they could care less about you! I had no probably obtaining full refund from United Airlines and the other hotels in my Italian itinerary. Better to book directly with a major US brand like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton.

A really lovely hotel in an excellent location. It was super clean and nicely finished. A lot of work has been put into the hotel and it puts you right in the centre of Rome. There are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby and the hotel itself has a small little eatery and bar too. My only criticism was the room was a lot smaller than it looked in the image. I am glad we opted for a balcony room or it would have been too small.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you.
