An outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

Non appena ho fatto il check-out, non vedevo l'ora di scrivere la mia recensione. L'esperienza al Naked Retreats è stata assolutamente incredibile! La sistemazione in cui abbiamo soggiornato era mozzafiato, una casetta in terra battuta a mezza montagna, con una vista spettacolare sul verde lussureggiante e sulla foresta di bambù fuori dalla finestra. L'aria era ricca di ioni negativi, e svegliarsi con il canto degli uccelli la mattina mi ha fatto rallentare completamente. Anche solo stare seduti a sognare ad occhi aperti era un piacere. Il programma era pieno di attività, soprattutto all'aperto, e la cosa più memorabile è stata l'equitazione nella foresta. Passeggiare a cavallo in mezzo alla fitta vegetazione, con i colori rosso, giallo e verde che si mescolavano come in un dipinto ad olio, era meraviglioso. L'istruttore ci ha anche aiutato a scattare foto fantastiche. C'erano anche tiro con l'arco, mountain bike e la possibilità di strigliare i cavalli, tutte attività a stretto contatto con la natura, che ci hanno tenuto impegnati senza sosta. Passando alla colazione, ci siamo svegliati presto per gustare il buffet al ristorante ”Farmhouse”. Devo dire che la varietà era eccezionale, con opzioni sia cinesi che occidentali, tutte deliziose. Gli ingredienti erano freschissimi e di alta qualità, e poter gustare la colazione all'aperto, ammirando il paesaggio montano, era semplicemente idilliaco. Anche il servizio era impeccabile. Fin da prima del check-in, il maggiordomo ha comunicato con noi in modo cordiale, rispondendo prontamente a ogni domanda e mostrando grande attenzione. In sintesi, dall'alloggio alle attività, passando per il cibo, l'intera esperienza ha ricevuto il massimo dei voti. Se ne avrò l'occasione, tornerò sicuramente! Lo consiglio vivamente! ✨

Grande portata familiare – natura, attività e un super utile servizio WeChat inglese Abbiamo soggiornato qui come famiglia e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. La stanza era pulita e confortevole con un sacco di spazio per tutti noi. Il servizio era grande, ma la parte migliore era la posizione – si è sempre circondato dalla natura, che si sente incredibilmente rilassante. Ci sono anche molte attività per i bambini, quindi i nostri figli erano felici di occuparsi tutto il tempo. Una cosa molto utile: c'è una macchina che puoi chiamare per portarti da qualsiasi parte della zona del resort. Una nota veloce sulla lingua – La maggior parte del personale parla solo mandarino, ma non è stato un problema da quando so un po'. E se non parli, hanno un servizio WeChat Helper (non ricordano il termine esatto che usavano) dove si può messaggi in inglese e ottenere una risposta rapida in inglese. Grazie speciali alla custode Xiaowen, che era il nostro contatto WeChat. Ci ha aiutati durante il nostro soggiorno, ha sempre risposto rapidamente in inglese, ed è stato così gentile e accogliente. Il nostro soggiorno al Naked Castle Resort era davvero inoltrabile. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati accolti con vera e propria caldezza e ospitalità eccezionale che ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. L'hotel è un hotel straordinario, ben progettato con camere uniche che confondono il lusso, il comfort e la natura perfettamente. Tutti i dettagli si sentono consapevolmente curati, anche al di sotto delle meravigliosamente profumate strutture di bagno che ci hanno lasciato un'impressione duratura. L'esperienza è stata ancora più speciale, ma il personale di accoglienza è stato sempre amichevole e attento. Nadia dal ristorante era particolarmente comunicativa, informativa e sempre disposta ad aiutare con le raccomandazioni e l'assistenza. Willa era anche calda e professionale, rendendo ogni interazione piacevole e memorabile. L’amministratore Lily si è mostrata con la sua rapida risposta, gentilezza e eccellente leadership che si poteva sentire chiaramente in tutto il resort. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il conducente di bug che ha servito servizio di navetta intorno alla proprietà, utile, e pronto a assistere, aggiungendo un altro strato di comfort al nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo, la pioggia è stata la nostra arrivo, un po' deludente perché avevamo sperato di esplorare più delle belle circonstanze e delle esperienze all'aperto che il resort deve offrire. Anche così, l'atmosfera accogliente e l'ospitalità incredibilmente piacevole hanno reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente piacevole. Il Castello nudo non è solo un hotel, ma un'esperienza piena di belle circostanze, dettagli pensieri e servizio di cuore.

莫干山的第二晚換到了這家網紅酒店，這家酒店總體評價不錯，雖然有一些差評，還是懷着試試看的心態體驗了一下。 設施：酒店雖然開業時間比較長，但是總體保養還行。雖然是民宿，但是屬於精品酒店類，估計那個時候也應該是對標裸心谷而建的吧。酒店房間比較多，房型也多，都是主題設計房 基本上每間房間裝修都不重樣。三層基本都是五度六度大房型，一層的房間比較小，但是有個小庭院，進出方便，私隱性差一點。酒店最大的bug就是沒有電梯，跑上跑下全憑服務員人力。況且酒店縱深比較長，很不方便。還有一個小bug就是三層走道沒有屋檐，天熱和下雨就不太合適了。這也是設施沒有滿分的主要原因。 服務： 總的來説打理的很不錯的，度假村很大，公區有餐廳、室外泳池、娛樂活動、電影院，所以對於運營的要求會比較高。入住和退房提前微信聯繫，都會有服務員幫忙搬運行李，這點還是好的。早餐是按人份的定食，沒有現煮先煎的東西，咖啡是沖泡的，橙汁是塑料瓶果粒橙。 環境：應該説還是非常適合度假的，網紅泳池很乾凈也很漂亮，外牆都是塗鴉的。停車場有點擔憂，其實應該做個水泥硬化更合理，否則塵土飛揚影響了酒店品質。 總的來説，網紅酒店還是保證了一定的品質，雖然有些不足，但是瑕不掩瑜，如果再來莫干山度假的話還是會繼續考慮。

We had a really pleasant holiday at this resort. We enjoyed the lovely room and all the several facilities and activities available. Hot Spring are very nice. The food is delicious with multiple choices. The area is so quite and even with many people we were feeling the quite and clean environment. A personal thank you to all the staff, particularly to Mr.Kai. We were feeling like to have a personal assistant all the time and he is really professional and supportive with us. We will certainly visit again this resort for a longer holiday.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

È un villaggio vicino chiamato Yucun che è bello visitare, e molte aree sceniche intorno all'hotel sono facilmente accessibili anche. In generale, questo è un luogo ideale per chiunque cerca la pace, il bellissimo design, la natura e una veramente rilassante esperienza in Moganshan.
