100/10⭐️ L'hotel è una bella casa, molto ben curata, molto pulita! Ci sono una piscina all'aperto, zona per bambini e zona bbq. La camera, il letto e il bagno erano come la foto! Molto pulito, comodo, spazioso, bel odore... La prima notte, abbiamo fatto bbq (avremmo portato il nostro cibo ma possono anche ottenere se vuoi) e l'ospite ci ha aiutato con il carbone e la tavola. Abbiamo prenotato con colazione incluso (situazione cinese); ogni mattina l'ospite ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo e era molto acomodato dai nostri cambiamenti. Posizione: meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro turistico di Moganshan / area scenica Yucun (il luogo dove si ottiene l'autobus/billet per salire sulla montagna). Perfetto per noi, perché volevamo le estremità, il silenzio e l'ambiente naturale. La parte migliore del soggiorno? I ospiti! Hanno reso il fine settimana molto facile e comodo! Sono molto utili, gentili e carini!

A lovely 2 nights stay over CNY. Thank you to Ernest, Terry and the team for making out stay comfortable. Food was very tasty. Served Chinese set meal and breakfast. Room was cozy and warm with underfloor heating. Great view from the balcony. Perfect location for local walks in bamboo forests and to reach local scenic areas. Easy to charge electric car there too.

Highly recommend!!! My mother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to retreat, relax, read, swim, and eat delicious food, you can’t find a better place! I can also recommend it for work retreats, as they have a beautiful large room in the garden that you can use for meetings or workshops. The hotel is beautiful, inside and outside (rooms, lobby, garden, garden room, etc), with wonderful cozy spaces that are decorated with great attention to details. Everything is super clean and of great quality, including the strong showers and soft beds. The swimming pool is stunningly beautiful, with various places to sit around it. The food is delicious, both breakfast and dinner! We are both foodies and were amazed by the freshness, tastes, and varieties of the food. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating thinkable. They truly made our stay to an unforgettable experience. I’ve traveled a lot in China over the last 10 years, and this hotel is the absolute favorite I’ve stayed at.

Grande portata familiare – natura, attività e un super utile servizio WeChat inglese Abbiamo soggiornato qui come famiglia e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. La stanza era pulita e confortevole con un sacco di spazio per tutti noi. Il servizio era grande, ma la parte migliore era la posizione – si è sempre circondato dalla natura, che si sente incredibilmente rilassante. Ci sono anche molte attività per i bambini, quindi i nostri figli erano felici di occuparsi tutto il tempo. Una cosa molto utile: c'è una macchina che puoi chiamare per portarti da qualsiasi parte della zona del resort. Una nota veloce sulla lingua – La maggior parte del personale parla solo mandarino, ma non è stato un problema da quando so un po'. E se non parli, hanno un servizio WeChat Helper (non ricordano il termine esatto che usavano) dove si può messaggi in inglese e ottenere una risposta rapida in inglese. Grazie speciali alla custode Xiaowen, che era il nostro contatto WeChat. Ci ha aiutati durante il nostro soggiorno, ha sempre risposto rapidamente in inglese, ed è stato così gentile e accogliente. Willa era anche calda e professionale, rendendo ogni interazione piacevole e memorabile. L’amministratore Lily si è mostrata con la sua rapida risposta, gentilezza e eccellente leadership che si poteva sentire chiaramente in tutto il resort. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il conducente di bug che ha servito servizio di navetta intorno alla proprietà, utile, e pronto a assistere, aggiungendo un altro strato di comfort al nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo, la pioggia è stata la nostra arrivo, un po' deludente perché avevamo sperato di esplorare più delle belle circonstanze e delle esperienze all'aperto che il resort deve offrire. Anche così, l'atmosfera accogliente e l'ospitalità incredibilmente piacevole hanno reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente piacevole. Il Castello nudo non è solo un hotel, ma un'esperienza piena di belle circostanze, dettagli pensieri e servizio di cuore.

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

We had a really pleasant holiday at this resort. We enjoyed the lovely room and all the several facilities and activities available. Hot Spring are very nice. The food is delicious with multiple choices. The area is so quite and even with many people we were feeling the quite and clean environment. A personal thank you to all the staff, particularly to Mr.Kai. We were feeling like to have a personal assistant all the time and he is really professional and supportive with us. We will certainly visit again this resort for a longer holiday.

Un altro bel dettaglio è il streaming vicino, che si può sentire il suono dolce dell'acqua che fluisce, che aggiunge ancora più tranquillità al soggiorno. Il personale è molto gentile, accogliente e attento, rendendo gli ospiti confortevoli, quasi come se fossero nel loro ambiente naturale. Il trasporto è anche molto conveniente, con i taxi arrivano rapidamente e affidabile. È un villaggio vicino chiamato Yucun che è bello visitare, e molte aree sceniche intorno all'hotel sono facilmente accessibili anche. In generale, questo è un luogo ideale per chiunque cerca la pace, il bellissimo design, la natura e una veramente rilassante esperienza in Moganshan.
