首先我的評論衹是針對4500一晚的價格，畢竟這家酒店大部分主力房型都在4000左右（因為低於這個價格看不到梅里雪山）。我不評論避雷與否我是為了景觀選擇了買單看各位大佬自己的選擇。 我連住了三晚尊貴房型這個房型比豪華房型多一個獨立浴室但是景觀是同層裏最差的！因為他是最靠白塔那邊不是正對雪山！價格反倒是比普通房貴600！有條件的要房號靠前的房型景觀體驗更好！ 設施：酒店設施説實話挺一般的電梯很慢，並且不用刷房卡安全性不佳，樓道中的刷房卡開的門也是擺設。房間裏的衞浴五金都用的很一般包括施工細節都挺差的。尤其是房間衞浴台盆做的太平了每次用完都會有積水在上面十分噁心。沒必要為了好看犧牲實用性這樣的設計不如不要。房間衞生間甚至連臟毛巾筐都沒有每次用完的浴巾都不知道往哪放細節有待改善。 環境：景觀是沒得説畢竟是正對雪山第一家我去了即下山確實沒他好。酒店説是什麼設計大師設計其實我感覺沒做出風格，住過上海艾迪遜的應該會覺得放個設計有點相似。 服務：這裏我不針對個人，酒店老闆或管理方存在很大的問題。其實我接觸的大部分員工都是很有熱情。但是作為均價4000的酒店門口連禮賓都沒有我實在沒辦法理解。我入住那天我和我老婆兩個人自己在門口卸行李，門口的車也是停的亂七八糟衹能説酒店管理人員毫無責任感，覺得出了大堂門就可以不管了包括酒店大門對面那片區域也是屬於酒店的空間。酒店明明有停車場卻把車都堆在門口，雖然停車場稍微有點遠但是怎麼不考慮一下代客泊車呢？這是一家奢牌酒店應該承擔的責任與風險比如上海艾迪遜停車場非常遠每次都是禮賓部幫忙停車或者拿車，哦不好意思我忘了這家酒店沒有禮賓部哈哈。 着重説一下餐飲，真的是不行我入住的時候説衹提供三個套餐選擇兩個火鍋一個燒烤套餐。這不是一個奢牌酒店的餐飲該有的水平吧，本身就是一個偏闢的地方我每次開車出去半個小時為了吃頓飯我也是服了，學學隔壁即下山的餐飲。而且我發現每天的早餐其實就包括前一晚火鍋哈哈哈而且挺多就是前一天晚安飲品晚餐下午茶的重複食材這個就懂得都懂了…….至於酒吧我去了，我是一個葡萄酒愛好者他們酒吧的酒單實在是一言難盡，香格里拉德欽那是中國葡萄酒的頂級搖籃敖雲 霄嶺 僕川 理光 四蟒等等等優秀的葡萄酒匯聚香格里拉，作為當地最頂奢的一家酒店吧酒單上居然都是些智利的葡萄酒要麼是唐培裏儂凱歌香檳我實在無法理解……難道説這些酒就能提現頂奢高端？ 最後給酒店管理團隊一些建議：奢牌酒店（我不管你們怎麼定義這個價位在國內就是奢牌）不是放個bo音響用用愛馬仕的備品就是奢牌。奢牌重要的是在地文化以及住客和社會責任。老闆有空可以去悦榕莊學習一下，我退房以後到麗江悦榕莊我看到人家的酒店團隊如何打理酒店外圍的區域我實在佩服。 我也住過不少國內的奢牌酒店不論是麗思 艾迪遜 松贊無論價格高低我認為現在的泊度就猶如一個花架子網紅，需要往裡填補文化和氣質才能走得更遠。
