Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza così piacevole in questa casa vacanze che abbiamo deciso di ottimizzare il nostro soggiorno la mattina successiva. Aperta nel 2023/24, la struttura è straordinariamente ben tenuta. Gli ospiti hanno potuto usufruire del trasporto gratuito da o per la stazione ferroviaria e hanno ricevuto un omaggio durante il soggiorno. Tutti i membri dello staff, dalla reception al versatile cuoco della colazione, fino all'autista, sono stati eccezionalmente cordiali e cortesi. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal signor Chen, che ci ha generosamente offerto il suo tempo libero per un tour gratuito dell'antica città natale, prima del suo turno pomeridiano. Ha anche prolungato il suo servizio fotografico durante il tour di due ore. Non potremmo essere più grati per la sua gentilezza e ospitalità, visto che ha rifiutato la nostra mancia. Il gestore della casa vacanze è fortunato ad avere un membro del team così dedicato e accogliente. Aree da migliorare: (a) Installare un ferro da stiro nella zona lavanderia per migliorare la comodità degli ospiti. (b) Posizionare etichette promemoria per la pulizia nella zona colazione per incoraggiare gli ospiti a utilizzare stoviglie nuove/pulite per le seconde porzioni. (c) Etichettare i prodotti alimentari, in particolare le specialità locali come i vermicelli.
