Nice place to stay. Location and parking are great.

Our bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! This was a great deal. We will definitely stay here again!

Lots of restaurant choices within walking or short driving distance. I love the fenced in area to walk your dogs! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great price. This is my third stay and i have no complaints.

Very clean and economical. Only cons were the door not shutting properly which made it tough to lock, and the lobby not opening until 7 AM for coffee. Should be open by 6:30 AM latest.

Against my better judgement, I am going to recommend that this hotel raise their prices and make some improvements. I have stayed here while traveling the last 4 years and the condition keeps getting worse each time. Last time the heater wasnt working, this trip the doors had to be slammed shut to close. Asked for non smoking one bed but was placed in smoking two queen room with ashtray. While I love this hotel is under $60 while all others in the area are $100 because I just need a warm bed, but this hotel would greatly benefit from charging like $75 but making some improvements for their guests. Just little things to improve the rooms, like paint, removing the popcorn ceilings, updating some bedding and furniture. All the paint and caulking is yellow or non existent. These are quick improvements that $10 more per night would quickly pay for.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Older property but well worth the price. Accessible location, but lots of street noise. Room clean and warm in December. Would book again

I gave 4 stars for comfort as i was a bit cold and the heat was on high . But everything else was fantastic . Very clean .

Took 3 rooms to find one with working door and television. Rooms overstuffed with old, dirty furniture. Lamp bulbs are broken, few outlets. Great internet and hot water.

Nice big fridegerator & had a microwave. Could have used 2 trash cans or a bigger one. Door was very hard to lock.

Nice rooms, per friendly. The pet rooms are separate and smoking rooms are separate from not smoking, which is nice. Staff is friendly. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors TV one night and could hear the pipes. Close to a lot of food, Walmart, many businesses on the same street.

The room door opens to the outside, and there was a 1” gap, letting in cold air and heaven knows what else. Very dated decor. Needs work.

Inside was quite nice vs the oitside.. could use some updating but for the price, not bad at all.. Front desk gal was nice.

They had boiler problems, so they had space heaters in the room. It worked out fine. The vending machines were poorly stocked, and the ice maker was oit of order. The staff was real friendly.
