Hotel a Rochester, Stati Uniti d'America

This is one of the best stays we've ever had at a hotel! They are remodeling because it recently has new owners and is now a Holiday Inn Express, no longer a Comfort Inn. The new owners are amazing and helpful, especially the woman manager/owner. Everyone is very pleasant. Housekeepers do an awesome job refreshing your room daily. Oue room had an EXCELLENT BED with good pillows, new sheets/bedding. The room was extremely clean, new tile, carpet, paint, blinds. Great lighting. New sink& mirror in bathroom with perfect lighting. Plenty of coffee packets! Our room was perfect! The lobby area was being worked on when we were there, but it really didn't pose a problem at all. It was still safe to walk through. Breakfast was scaled back a little due to the remodel but there were plenty of choices. The ice machines have't been hooked up yet but we just bought our own ice, not a problem. The hotel is 4 miles from Mayo clinic but there is a shuttle. It's an easy drive if you drive yourself. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. No street noise at all.

Ci sono stati due ulteriori tasse aggiuntive alla mia carta di credito diversi giorni dopo il nostro soggiorno.Uno era per parcheggio per un giorno, che mi aspettavo.L'altro $59 è inesplicabile. Ho cercato di chiamare il contabile due volte, e il direttore delle operazioni una volta, senza chiamare il telefono di ritorno per spiegare questi oneri aggiuntivi.

Il mio soggiorno presso Fairfield Inn & Suites ha reso il viaggio più facile, ha fatto piacere il personale, ha avuto un buon mantenimento e ha fatto molto efficiente la custodia. Il colazione era superiore alla media, ma potevano cambiarla un po'.L'hotel è vicino al centro di Mayo, ma il servizio di navetta che vi prende e vi prende dall'hotel a Mayo è un messaggio di Dio. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti vicino all'hotel e al centro.

Era un hotel senza fritte, consapevolezza del prezzo. La posizione era grande, appena fuori HWY 52. La stanza era pulita ma poteva essere più pulita, le palle di capelli nel bagno intorno al tubo. Tubo e doccia erano la più piccola che abbia mai visto in un hotel. La porta del bagno doveva essere sostituita. Ero in ritardo così male, temevo di chiudere. Le aree comuni erano abbastanza belle, ma la zona di colazione era troppo piccola per ospitare più di 2 tavoli. Rimanerei qui solo per la posizione e il prezzo.

Favoloso hotel e personale, e grande posizione.La doccia potrebbe essere fatta con un sedile e un bar a doccia fine e una doccia distaccabile, e un cavo a doccia a toaletta, per renderlo più adatto per coloro di noi con disabilità. E la potenza ha aiutato/sono aperte le porte/porte in tutto l'hotel.Il bar Shame non era aperto. I bin di camera avrebbero potuto essere evacuati più regolarmente. Le camere sarebbero meglio con una macchina da caffè più un percolatore, più il caffè nelle camere non era grande, felice di portare la mia. Ma, a parte queste poche cose, un grande hotel, personale, colazione e caffè nella sala da colazione erano fantastici. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e molto utile.
