From the front entrance, there is a small flight of stairs (7 steps) that leads to the main level and then one additional flight down to the 'Oasis Luxe Suite'. You will have the entire apartment on the lower level (Unit 1) to yourself with both front and back keyless entry accesses. One assigned complimentary Garage Parking space is provided per rental unit. NO PARKING IN THE SHARED DRIVEWAY that leads to the parking garage - your car may be towed at your own expense. For your safety, we have one Ring security camera on the front of the building, one Ring security camera on the back of the garage facing the west side of the building, and one Ring security floodlight camera on the east side of the building facing the driveway.
