The hotel is very cozy. Really nice welcome at reception, had a little box of chocolate as an attention in the room for Valentine's day. Room was small but comfortable. Very clean. Separate bathroom and toilet with very small toilet. Location is ideal with a big private parking. Breakfast had good warm and cold options. The only negative point being the noise level at night. The room got stuff and we had to open the window. Then you heard the noise of the heating system going on and off all night. Didn't sleep very well.

We had a great time at 'Au Lit Des Ours' in Rochefort, the Belgian Ardennes! What a terrific and cosy hotel at walking distance from the famous Grottes de Han. Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and a good restaurant. Désirée is also a must visit, well known for its famous 'gaufres' or Belgian waffles. We come back!

Hotel en plein centre proche de tout. Parking gratuit. Personnel très agréable. Chambre confortable. Dommage nous avons eu des lits jumeaux. Endroit calme. petit déjeuner au top, tout est frais, je vous le conseille très bon rapport qualité prix.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Bon hôtel mais la literie n'est pas récente. Légèrement bruyant dus aux aboiements des chiens. Il serait préférable de réserver une aile de l'hôtel pour regrouper les voyageurs avec leurs animaux. Dommage que les 3 chaines de la TV Françaises ne fonctionnaient pas dans les 2 chambres, comme c'était le week-end pas de réparation. Pourquoi pas mettre une TV dans le salon ou une salle indépendante.

We hadden een comfort kamer zonder tapijt. Echter was het lawaaierig door de afzuiging. We hebben dit gemeld en onmiddellijk een andere kamer gekregen. Het restaurant was gezellig en aangenaam. De menukaart bood meer dan voldoende keuze zowel voor eten, tussendoortjes als dranken. Het ontbijt was af. Alles was aanwezig van vers fruit tot gebakken eitjes met spek, broodjes enz. Service. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Geen enkele negatieve opmerking. Voor ons is dit een 9,5/10 Kamers4, Service5,Locatie4

Het hotel ligt midden in het dorp tegenover de kerk. Op zich prima. Kamer was klein (dat wisten we; de cosy kamer) maar schoon en netjes. Restaurant was niet heel veel keus maar ansich oké eten. Het viel tegen op paar punten: het was ontzettend gehorig, omdat er geen afzuiging was in badkamer zat op de kitranden schimmel, de regendouche zelf konden we niet aan de praat krijgen en de handdouche moest je blijkbaar eraf pakken want anders wordt alles kletsnat (hebben we ontdekt op laatste avond). Personeel restaurant was qua vriendelijkheid niet consistent maar bij receptie altijd gastvrij. Ontbijt was simpel en geen verse producten (wel vers brood) maar oké. Wij kwamen uiteindelijk meer voor de grot. Ik denk dat het goed is voor 1 of 2 nachtjes maar niet voor een langer verblijf.

Chambre claire et spacieuse, petite salle de bain avec accès restreint aux wc. Bon petits déjeuners mais chers à 18 euros par personne. Présence de chien dans les chambres et en salle de petit-déjeuner où est l' hygiène? Nous n' y retournerons plus.

La chambre 205 PUE à cause d'une odeur d'égoût. Le sol n'était pas propre. Il y avait des toiles d'araignées dans la chambre. La fenêtre ne fermait pas bien (d'où les bruits du trafic routier le matin). La femme de ménage est entrée dans la chambre sans frapper, pensant que la chambre était vide. Je suis allé exprimer mon mécontentement à la réception qui a fait un petit geste commercial (dispensé du supplément de 20€ pour notre petit Yorshire de 2 kg). Après disucssion avec la responsable du ménage, on m'a accusé (à tort) d'avoir crié sur la réceptionniste. Bon courage "au lit des ours"!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, zelfs het Franstalige personeel deed zijn best om Nederlands te spreken. Lekker en voldoende eten ondanks we met een groep van meer dan 50 personen waren, mooi verzorgde kamers. Bedankt voor een geslaagd Citrosfeer Vlaanderen weekend 2024.
