Arrivato al negozio alle 14:00, gli è stato detto di attendere almeno un'ora e mezza per il check-in.Il personale di servizio della reception non era esperto negli affari e sono state fatte varie richieste e le stesse domande sono state ha risposto in modo diverso tra i camerieri. Il bambino voleva fare il bagno, ma la vasca era intasata e perdeva, ed era piena di sabbia. Tirò persino fuori un morbido asciugamano di cotone. Se non fosse stato per la mancanza di oro nell'acqua, il cameriere non avrebbe essere disposto a cambiare stanza. Al telefono mi dissi che era una suite executive, quando arrivai in camera anche i bambini sapevano che era uguale alla camera vista mare in cui abitavo il primo giorno, chiesi titubante al cameriere e dissi mi ha detto che questa camera aveva la vista migliore (ma era il primo giorno che ho fatto il check-in. Questo è quello che ha detto la reception in quel momento, la mia camera originale aveva la vista migliore) Ho sopportato tutto questo, ho appena cambiato la stanza, il il lavandino non era pulito, c'erano peli dappertutto e c'erano anche capelli vicino al tavolo del lavandino, l'igiene era preoccupante. Parliamo della colazione, è la prima volta che faccio una colazione così pessima in un hotel a questo prezzo, i wonton sono surgelati e i panini sono surgelati, non c'è proprio niente di buono. In breve, lo scenario dell'hotel è davvero buono, ma il servizio e l'igiene sono davvero difficili da descrivere.

This is my 2nd time to stay in Sheraton Rizhao. I never disappointed. Workers are very kind, speak english very well and always warmly welcome to guests.

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

The hotel service is very nice. I prefer to book the hotel and confidently can recommend this one for all guests.

Room is large with beautiful seaview, close to restaurant, shops. Easy to have walk around along the water
