I stayed five nights here for a business trip. The service here is excellent all around. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The service is the restaurant, Al Bustan was as good or even better than any higher end restaurant. The people at the Palms Health Club were also great. The reason for four starts is the room. While spacious, the rooms are a little dated and need updating, but otherwise very clean. The hotel had a very nice health club with both and indoor and outdoor pools, though it was not warm enough to use the outdoor pool. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very good with a wide choice of entrees, salads, desserts, etc. I was able to try a variety of middle eastern dishes and desserts. The service in this restaurant is what really stands out! Overall, I would stay here again!
