I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

酒店難以用好這個字來形容，沙特對中國人太熱情太友好，房間乾淨整潔，我們自己做飯的碗盤都洗的乾乾淨淨，因為三個人加了床，前台因為我們是中國人直接減了100里亞爾一天的加床費，太感動了，強烈建議大家去沙特遊玩

訂的2卧室的套間，居然還有一個帶衞生間的小僕人房，但是僕人房的衞生間門關不上。廚房有足夠的鍋還有刀，可以自己做飯。忘了拍照了。 裝修和設施就比較舊了。

Il rapporto presso qualità dell’hotel è eccezionale. Sono stati pronti, capaci ed efficaci nel risolvere i problemi (ad esempio non funzionava bene l’air conditioning). La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è buonissima e assai varia Il servizio è eccellente. Situato nel quartiere delle ambasciate. Poiché eravamo in sei, abbiamo preso un appartamento assai grande, con stanze ugualmente grandi e comode e cinque bagni. lo consiglio vivamente.

I stayed with my team and booked close to six different 2BHK to 3BHK apartments. Now, I am requesting proof of my stay at your hotel for a visa application, providing all the necessary information, which they lack aand resulting a big problem for me . In the name of the brand, they are just deceiving people. Take necessary precaustions.

Good suites hotel and close to most of the important and attractive location in Riyadh the capital of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nice staff and clean hotel. Basement free and secured parking is available as well. The rate is high compared to the services and location as well as the age.

Spent a total of 9 months there from Jan to October of 2022. Was very pleased with the room. The room was clean and decently maintained. Had a small washer so could wash clothes, had a small kitchen fully stocked with what was needed. Full size refrigerator as well. The bed was comfortable and with a full bath in the master bedroom and a half bath in the hall was convenient. The staff were great especially Jayson, Fahad and Tio in the restaurant. Whenever there was an issue with the room they maintenance responded quickly and corrected the issue. The only issue I can see is the noise. Due to the location the traffic is terrible and the noise of the cars, trucks, and emergency vehicles can get annoying. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Riyadh for an extended period.
