Hotel in zona L. S. Pundir-H.N. Bahuguna Park, Rishikesh

We had a fantastic time  and used it as a base to see all the wonders around Rishikesh. The hotel was ideally situated for all the surrounding amenities not too far from Laxman Jhula. Waking up every morning with the views and the sound of the Ganga were absolutely amazing.. The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous , polite and helpful. I would certainly go back and recommend it

Personale amichevole e utile, veloce per fornire assistenza o ordinare cibo. Camera pulita, doccia calda e piacevole avere un balcone, senza vista, ma aperto. Molto buon luogo per colazione entro 50 metri, cibo occidentale se necessario. Spesso una vacca “sicurezza” per proteggere l’ingresso dell’hotel, un po’ di novità. Godetevi un piacevole soggiorno.

The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide. We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

Barcaptain Mr Praveen is very humble and makes amazing cocktails and mocktails, also all of the staff is very nice, polite and extremely cooperative. Property is also good in terms of rooms and ambience so overall experience is amazing. Nice stay there, will visit again.

Very good stay, hygienic and well maintained property, swimming pool was closed, slight away from main city but 10 mins by auto in very low price ride so fantastic stay overall

Good and clean rooms, very warm and welcoming staff, space for parking and easy accessibility. We traveled with a senior citizen, stay was pleasant and hassle-free. Good option to consider.

Recentemente sono rimasto a un hotel ganga bless, e mentre la proprietà ha un buon potenziale, la sua cattiva gestione e la mancanza di pulizia mi hanno deluso. Quando mi accingi a entrare nella mia stanza, ho scoperto che le lamelle, i coperchi, i biancheriati e le tovaglie non erano stati cambiati e sembravano usati; e dopo aver informato il personale, mi hanno assicurato che tutto era stato cambiato, ma che le cose erano state sostituite. Purtroppo, anche dopo la sostituzione, le tolette fornite erano state utilizzate visivamente, il che era inaccettabile, e inoltre la zona di toletta era mantenuta insufficiente, con le tessere rotte e un'illuminazione inadeguata intorno al convento, rendendo l'esperienza ancora peggiore. Per una proprietà che grava sui tassi elevati di alloggio, non si dovrebbero ignorare queste questioni fondamentali di igiene e manutenzione, il contesto generale si è sentito non igienico, lontano dalla norma che si aspetta da un hotel di questa categoria. Spero che la gestione prenda immediate misure per migliorare la pulizia e il mantenimento complessivo, poiché queste questioni incidono seriamente sull'esperienza degli ospiti.
