Hotel calmo e limpo. Decoração agradável. A sua localização junto ao rio Vez, transmite serenidade. Bom para descansar e desfrutar da natureza. Pequeno almoço médio para um hotel de 4 ⭐️. Spa limitado, com uma piscina com água não muito quente e turva e sauna durante a noite sem se poder usufruir a 100%. Mas no geral, bom!

Loved the hotel and area, a great time to visit. A car is really useful as it let us visit Valenca, the national park and the beach at Camarido. Only slight downside was it was a local holiday period after a long summer so a lot of the restaurants were closed. We still ate well though!

From the beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The place itself was beautiful. The room was perfect, all of the accommodations were nice. It’s definitely the place I would come back to when visiting again. I’d recommend to anyone.

What an amazing Vacation, the Room was so comfy, luxurious and the view was breathtaking! The towels felt like clouds and the spa was heavenly! We went to the pool after hours . Always had it to oursleves witch was wonderful surprise. The only downside was we had to leave 😜 wish we could haver stood Forever. We went as a family but it os amazing for couples as well. Felt like i was on paris and didnt even leave my country! Coming black for sure!

We were in Arcos de Valdevez for our holiday. This is a nice hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and great beds. It lies along the river Vez, just across the bridge from the town centre. So a beautiful location. Perfect as a base to explore the national park Peneda-Xeres.

The good first: the hotel location is amazing, right next to the river, close to the centre of Arcos de Valdevez. The common areas are beautifully furnished, and the breakfast room has an amazing view to the river. Not a lot of variety, but good quality items for breakfast. Receptionists are young but pleasant, and gave us a free upgrade for river view, which is nice. The room is basic, but confortable. The bad: the bathroom cleaning could be better - the shower base has mould, same as the shower head, easily removed by easy cleaning. Booked this hotel because of the spa, and when we got there the swimming pool was cold, the jacuzzi water was dirty and the turkish bath had a bad smell. The receptionists explained that there had been flooding in the spa in the previous week, but they should have warned the guests that things were not funcioning properly and done a better job with the cleaning.

The location is great. The view is just astonishing, rich in nature. The bedrooms have excellent conditions and top cleanliness. The included spa has a small pool but the ambience is great, if the hotel is not full it's a great experience to swim with a glimpse of the nature surrounding the hotel. The best for me in the spa was the sauna. The staff is really nice and helpful.
