衞生環境不好，到處都是頭髮！空調壞了等了一天也沒人修，大夏天悶着，前台和經理的態度都是糊弄為主，換了房間後洗手間地漏還下不去水，水漫金山，不值這個價格

酒店位置不錯，附近有超市，有shopping，離景點也近，停車也方便（很貴）。房間較小，感覺沒30個平方，床非常的軟，不舒服。

這家酒店頂樓餐廳的view很好，不吃晚飯也可以去喝杯啤酒欣賞夜景，正對着麪包山和湖水。

Gran posto! Ci siamo fatti servire da Felipe. Molto simpatico e ci ha portato due caipirinha di alto livello. In più ci ha offerto 2 shots. La vista pazzesca. Si vede la baia di botafogo e se ti giri vedi il Cristo redentore. Raccomandato a tutti i visitatori di rio

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 5 al 12 febbraio .Siamo arrivati il 5 mattina presto alle 7 del mattino e nn abbiamo avuto la stanza prima anche se le stanze libere stavano.Se questo si vuole catalogare come hotel a 5 stelle x me nn ha nulla di 5 stelle ……in 8 notti ho cambiato ben si 3 stanze siamo passati dal 12 piano al 3 piano .La prima stanza cambiata perché si era smanierizzata la scheda della porta e nn sapevano più sistemarla e quindi chiude tutte le valigie e via con una nuova stanza al 10 piano …..insomma o io o la valigia poteva starci dentro ….nn si respirava , un buco di stanza,altro giorno vita altra stanza al 3 piano molto molto più grande respirabile vivibile ma boom l acqua del wc esce tutta da fuori e si allaga tutta la stanza beh no comment a me in un hotel a 5 stelle nn è mai successo tutto ciò .Per non parlare dei moscerini al mattino nella frutta x la colazione …..e le valigie avanti e dietro tutti i piani del hotel c’è le siamo trasportate noi , nn è stata una vacanza ma uno stress e inoltre per il disagio nemmeno ci hanno offerta nulla zero di zero ……NON SOGGIORNATE QUI .Servizio pesssimp !

Rooftop com vista privilegiada e aconchegante! Todos muito atenciosos, em especial o Felipe, que me atendeu. Chopp gelado e cardápio variado. Experiência melhor do que eu esperava. Voltaria com certeza.

5 ⭐️ what an amazing hotel and staff! The location is beyond comparison with a rooftop restaurant and pool with views of Sugarloaf & Christ the Redeemer. Restaurant, Bar and Breakfast first rate with live music in evening. A special thanks to staff members who went above and beyond with their service: Ivan and Vitoria in the restaurant and bar and Yan and Daniel at the front desk first class representatives of Hilton! Can not wait to recommend to others and come back for my next visit.

This hotel have a very nice ambient, the room and the whole part is amazing. Begin with a nice reception until came inside our hotek room. Specially with wonderfull view at 13th floor cafetaria with Vittoria our the best bartender. During the G20 meeting, our delegation satisfied with hotel's services.

All the staff were excellent, very professional and helpful. Vanessa was especially helpful in the restaurant going above and beyond especially with keeping my son entertained. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about tourism.

This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. From beginning to end the staff made my trip to Rio an absolute pleasure. The room was beautiful with both views of sugar loaf mountain and Christ the redeemer. The bed was comfortable and all facilities were outstanding. My most favourite part was how the breakfast staff and chef went above and beyond making the best vegan breakfast I've ever had! The bar staff were amazing too and we enjoyed watching the sun go down over Rio from the roof top bar. All the staff are fantastic and whatever they're being paid it's not enough. We are sad to leave such a wonderful hotel. We feel so happy and relaxed. Thank you so much Tre

I have been spending a few nights over the summer for buisness and I could not recommend it more. Perfect location, great service and the best roof top bar view in Rio. At the rooftop bar, the service is always excellent and the whole team is attentive and king, especially Ivan. If in Rio again. I will be back.
