Tutto perfetto, colazione abbondante e letto comodissimo

Struttura molto bella , elegante sia esternamente che internamente. Reception attiva 24/7 anche per check in notturni. Comodissimo ai mezzi pubblici e zona centrale anche per girare a piedi. Consigliato!

Hotel in posizione comoda, si arriva con autobus 22 da aeroporto. Pulizia ottimale, materasso del letto molto confortevole; bagno eccellente e box doccia eccezionale x La sala colazione molto bella, con tanta scelta di bevande e cibi buoni. L’unico difetto e’ nel check in e che out:  è molto lento ti viene chiesto di compilare un modulo in cui devi indicare i dati della carta di credito in quanto se prelevi qualcosa dal mini bar ti addebiteranno quello che spendi;  oppure devi lasciare una caparra di 50 € ma quando fai il check out la signora deve andare in camera e controllare che tu abbia consumato: MOLTO CONTORTO. Il personale della reception (erano presenti due uomini e una donna in tre giorni) non e’ per affabile; nessun sorriso in 3 giorni; ho chiesto di poter fare check out alle 12.45 anziché alle 12.00 e mi e’ stato detto NO in modo poco gentile. Cambiare il personale il personale che ti accoglie in hotel non sarebbe una cattiva idea e mortifica un hotel che altrimenti nel rapporto quali prezzo varrebbe 5//5

Great location - comfortable beds, amazing breakfast and extremely helpful stuff

Near transportation. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Opposite Stockmann shopping centre. There are a lot of things to do nearby.

Best hotel in Riga.Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, stylish room. Very good position just next to the Old Town and Bus Station. Highly recommended!

Good hotel but little costly. Breakfast was good and had lots of of options for vegetarian. One weird thing though there is no free water, either drink tap water from bathroom or pay for it that too 5£ for water bottle. I didn’t like this,water is very basic thing and should be free after paying a good amount for hotel booking. Rest all was good.

Classy and elegant hotel 5 minutes from the train/bus station. Amazing breakfast and restaurant vibes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Metropole Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly comfortable bed.I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you're there for business or leisure, the convenience of being in such a central spot is unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was also great. The staff were also attentive and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend the Metropole for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and prime location.

This is my 5th time staying  in the Metropole.   Excellent location. 

The staff is absolutely miserable no recognition no smiles no greetings I guess this is the way terrible the Night Shift staff was absolutely in a state of another world not helpful at all would you expect from a cheap room rate.

A nice and historical hotel. The hotel was very good, , despite being at the city centre and the traffic was busy still you can’t feel it with the double glazed windows. The temperature was high but with the air conditioning room can’t feel it. The breakfast delicious. The hotel is close to the attraction . The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Bed super comfy and spotless. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Hotel is well located for Central Market and the old Town. Would not hesitate to to stay here again.

I only stayed for a few hours however it did its job. The hotel is in an excellent location in a very old building. The staff are friendly however it could do with more staff on reception.
