This is an older property that they’ve tried to keep up to date with moderate success. I’ll start with the Pros: -despite being totally full with teenagers and a wedding, it was quiet and they maintained pretty good order. They had a police detail on scene in the evenings which seemed purely preemptive. Kudos to management for spending on that, a lot of places wouldn’t. -there’s a lot in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, stores, etc. Pretty much every chain you could think of is in the vicinity. -we didn’t use it but there’s a pool with an outdoor area. -the beds were unusually comfortable! Not sure if it was the Sheraton sweet sleeper bed but it stood out. -I requested additional items for our room from housekeeping and they were delivered in a reasonable timeframe and the associates were friendly. Cons: -The biggest one is the old and out of date HVAC. You have two options: blast chiller freezing or stuffy. The AC will go on and off all night and sound like a 1970 school bus doing it. It really bothered my sleep. I was either too cold, too hot, or it was really noisy to the point of repeatedly waking me up. -the rooms were last renovated in 2015 and it’s time for another update. Lots of wear and tear. Some components clearly weren’t updated then and are just really old. Bathroom fixtures, etc. -My room was supposed to be 2 Queens. There’s no way those were normal queens. More like double beds. It was a battle all night with my teenager. My review is a little rough, but that’s because sleep quality is paramount and mine was really poor at this hotel. HVAC doesn’t receive enough focus but it can make or break a hotel and this one was bad. Would I stay there again? I’d explore other options in the area first. Four Points is kind of an unusual sub brand—“full service” but more bargain oriented. I think you tend to find dated properties that don’t quite meet the brand standards of the mainstream brand. Is it a step above a Hampton/Courtyard? Perhaps, if the details are done right. If you are a heavy sleeper you will probably do better here than I did.

We stayed for one night but could have stayed longer. We knew it was going to be a great stay when we were greeted by James G who made us feel welcome as he told us about the area and some great restaurants. Kimberly made our room absolutely spotless. How they get that chrome to shine is a mystery to me. The room was huge, updated and impressively clean. The robes were also a welcome touch. We’d stay here again!

Il personale del Front Desk ci ha controllati rapidamente. La camera era pulita e i letti erano comodi. Grande passeggiata in doccia. Il bagno era molto pulito. Mini frigo e microonde in camera anche. Molti posti di mangiare nella zona. Certo che resterò qui per la prossima visita a Virginia. Mia figlia ha detto che il colazione caldo e freddo era molto buono.

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con Airbnb e avevamo bisogno di un posto affidabile e confortevole dove stare per la notte. Questo hotel è in un campo da golf ed è molto bello!! Abbiamo ottenuto un ottimo prezzo ma ho scelto 1 King invece di 2 Queens per caso. Siamo super felici e hanno gentilmente cambiato la stanza senza alcun costo per noi. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra camera, sulla nostra porta c'era un adesivo che mostrava che la camera era stata pulita e nessuno era entrato. I letti erano enormi, lussuosi e molto puliti. Ho dormito come un bambino. Anche la camera era molto pulita e l'aria condizionata faceva uscire l'aria fresca. La camera era pulita, silenziosa e fresca. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo!
