Hotel in zona artofashion, Rodi

Dopo un iniziale disagio dovuto ad un disguido sulla prenotazione effettuata tramite agenzia, del quale non conosco la causa ma brillantemente risolto grazie all'interessamento dell'agenzia con l'apporto della direzione dell'Hotel, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Disponibilità e cortesia del personale ( un plauso particolare ad Elena della reception ) camera efficiente e ben curata , oltre che alla posizione della struttura, centrale e a poche centinaia di metri dal mare e dalla città vecchia, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere agiatamente la nostra settimana di vacanza.

Stayed at the hotel 23rd December 2023 to January 3rd 2024. The booking was for hotel & breakfast. On questioning the receptionists twice regarding breakfast was told breakfast not served during winter months. Only receptionists & cleaners working. The receptionists did not advise that the breakfast costs were diverted to elswhere so went out for breakfast, That was over 12 days so no alternative offered. The Bed was comfy but the accomodation was basic. The room was not cleaned on 5 days during the stay. The fridge was empty, not even water in the fridge. If we wanted drinks, there was at least one fridge in the reception area that had water, bear & soft drinks that had to be paid for. we were on a budget but not so tight that we could not afford to have breakfast outside the hotel but had we have been on a tight budget the extra cost could have ruined the holiday. . The wardrobe had carrier bags left over from a previous occupant & in one drawer & a few disposable razors from a large pack in another drawer presumably from a previous occupant. Having spoken to Tripadvisor, they state the the hotel diverted the breakfast cost to an alternative option but we were not advised of the same & the hotel refuses to compensate for the additional cost of having to get breakfast outside the hotel. No compensation offered other than the one night we did not stay due to the late arrival of a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Rhodes. We spent over 250 euros eating breakfast outside the hotel due to the Parthenon not offering breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel other than to say the receptionists were polite but not informative about the stay. There were others staying at the hotel who may have had similar experiences. Th booking contained false advertising in stating hotel & breakfast but did not vocalise any alternative. That is money taken for services not offered. If you are looking to stay in Rhodes. try other hotels that may honour what is advertised. Rich & Judy Hinds.

Ci siamo ritrovati in questo hotel per caso dato che l'hotel da noi prenotato l'abbiamo trovato chiuso a sorpresa. Sono stati da subito gentilissimi ad assisterci e a farci un buon prezzo. La camera è essenziale ma provvista di tutto. Pulizie tutti i giorni dunque sempre pulito. Ma il pezzo forte dell'hotel sono i servizi offerti. Biliardo gratuito, bar sempre aperto e piscina ben tenuta anche se un po' piccola. Purtroppo un giorno dei ragazzi maleducati hanno devastato l'area piscina sporcando anche l'acqua ma il personale ha subito provveduto a pulire tutto e a scusarsi con noi altri anche se non era colpa loro ma di alcuni ragazzi maleducati. La colazione è (giustamente) principalmente salata ma anche per gli italiani c'è qualcosa per fare colazione. La posizione è un po' fuori mano ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi, le fermate del bus sono accanto all'hotel e nella zona ci sono vari ristoranti. Il personale è davvero simpatico ed accogliente. Il prezzo è veramente competitivo e vale davvero ogni centesimo. Siamo stati davvero fortunati che l'hotel da noi prenotato fosse chiuso perché ci ha permesso di conoscere queste persone stupende. Un’esperienza unica, una location semplicemente stupenda tanta cordialità e professionalità buon cibo e soprattutto un ristorante italiano nella struttura con lo chef Roberto, pulizie delle camere top e soprattutto giornaliere con cambio di asciugamani e tanto altro… Per chi come me italiano che non mastica molto bene l’inglese chiedete di George una persona speciale unica cordiale e molto professionale , un vero amico greco-italiano . Una vacanza in coppia con tanto relax una struttura inaugurata a maggio 2023 non aggiungo altro Spero solo di ritornarci al più presto ❤️🇬🇷
