Hotel con piscina a Reykjavik

Reykjavik Grand è un noto hotel locale. La sua specialità dovrebbe essere il suo ristorante. Ha molti certificati di chef pluripremiati e ha persino preparato dolci per la Casa Bianca. La reception è molto accogliente, ma fate attenzione a restare sul lato alto, sopra il quinto piano, perché le tubature dell'acqua nella torre del quarto piano hanno ancora odore di zolfo, il che non è accettabile. La camera era OK, con vista sulla cattedrale e sul mare.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno estremamente piacevole e considereremo sicuramente questo hotel la prossima volta. Ottima posizione, personale cordiale e la camera aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Anche il caffè e il tè gratuiti nella hall erano un bel tocco, specialmente in una città costosa come Reykjavik! Ho anche apprezzato il fatto che gli ospiti diano l'opportunità di rinunciare alla pulizia della camera e ricevono in cambio un buono per un drink per il bar dell'hotel.

Me and my Fiancé visited Iceland at the start of May for 4 nights (wish we had booked longer but hindsight is a great thing!) And from to finish it was amazing! The Hotel staff were incredibly friendly, as were all of the people we met in Iceland, its true what they say that everybody is so welcoming and friendly in Iceland. At check in we were greeted with a warm welcome by friendly staff, we did early check in which worked out around £40 but so worth it as we had been awake since 3:30am travelling. Our room was on the 6th floor and easy to get to via lift or stairs. It was very modern with a beautiful view, extremely cosy bed, very clean and had good amenities such as a mini fridge, hair dryer, towels & wash cloths etc. The only thing with our room was it was very hot in there despite having the window open but i guess that is because it was high up, so i'd recommend you have cool pyjamas for night time. We had breakfast included and oh my goodness it was outstanding! We are not usually breakfast people but we actually made sure we got up every morning to make sure we did not miss it! The bacon and eggs were delicious and my Fiancé said the croissant's other things he had were amazing! Two coffee machines, fresh water that was always being refilled, a cold juice machine and fresh fruit. And again the staff were friendly and welcoming which is always nice in the morning. We didn't try the restaurant as we were packing in so many activities in the day we just ate out wherever we found. We also didn't try the spa/gym and that was because of time as well. Overall we would definitely stay here again and maybe try a suite next time.

È molto pulito e il trasporto è molto conveniente. C'è internet. Poiché è un terminal degli autobus, ci sono sempre autobus disponibili. Puoi anche cucinare qui. È meglio soggiornare in una camera quadrupla per essere più tranquilli. L'unico inconveniente è che non c'è la trapunta e solo una coperta. Sento molto freddo.

This hotel was booked by the tour company and the reviews were good. We arrived after a stressful start to the holiday and immediately felt relaxed when we met Mike & Dido. They helped us to plan the excursions and suggest a place to eat, which luckily was a block away, as it was windy, cold and snowing. Would suggest you pay a visit to Ginger, the healthy fast food place. The rooms were a good size, warm, comfortable & clean, with a small fridge. The water was hot and as you would expect in Iceland has a slight sulpher smell. The beds were certainly comfortable. Breakfast was self service continental with Dido herself making fresh waffles, endlessly. Although we didn't use the bar the seating area was pleasant.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights before embarking on a cruise. Room was very comfortable and was serviced every day at our request. When departing and boarding the cruise ship my wife realized that her small jewelry case was missing. I immediately contacted the hotel by email and within 10 minutes had the response that item had been located. Hotel offered to send it back to states but within a female minutes suggested that she would give item to taxi driver who within an hour delivered it to ship. Definitely will recommend hotel to others visiting wonderful Reykjavík

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, l'hotel è in una posizione perfetta vicino a ristoranti. 5 minuti dal porto e 15 minuti dalla chiesa. Taxi disponibile proprio di fronte. La colazione era ottima con una buona scelta. Il personale si rifornisce rapidamente. La reception è a posto. Due cose vorrei sinceramente commentare: - a causa delle condizioni meteorologiche, le strade erano chiuse e quasi non riuscivamo a fare il check-in, l'hotel non offriva alcuna flessibilità di cancellazione comprendendo le condizioni. Non penso che sia giusto. Vogliono ancora farci pagare. - dopo il check-in in camera, il cestino della toilette non è pulito con l'assorbente trovato e il pavimento non è stato pulito con anche alcuni scaglie di cibo a terra.

Molto buono, noi tre viveremo in tre persone, pulito e pulito, l'hotel è più nuovo! L'unico difetto è che Trip.com non è stato fatto bene. Questo è un check-in auto. Non ci ha mai inviato una posta su tutte le informazioni sulla password della porta e così via. Siamo tutti al hotel solo per sapere. Guardare i commenti non solo abbiamo questa situazione, ma anche questa situazione prima che gli altri ci hanno prenotato, Trip.com ha davvero bisogno di migliorare!È più difficile aprire l'altra porta!C'è un frigorifero pubblico fuori. Abbiamo prenotato solo una notte per fare il layout, quindi va bene. È probabile che il tour possa venire direttamente all'hotel per prendere. Non ho trovato niente intorno a noi perché siamo arrivati localmente a quasi le otto di sera, e tutto è chiuso.
