非常老.很久.一股發黴的味道.白天光線好的時候看起來很噁心的房間.完全不符合四星.和國內招待所差不多.謹慎選擇

chambre à la décoration très vieillotte, salle de bains sale et peu pratique, est loin de valoir les 4 étoiles revendiquées. Accueil à la réception très impersonnel et froid. personnel peu impliqué. Même pas une petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo de bar de la chambre.. Parking 15€ en sus, taxe pour notre petit chien 25 €. À bannir de mes choix futurs

Hotel accogliente, organizzato e con personale molto cordiale e ospitale. Camere ben attrezzate e pulite oltreché spaziose. Eravamo di passaggio da Reus e siamo stati benissimo. Parcheggio on site e centro a 10 minuti a piedi Consigliato

Friendly and helpful staff. Professional. Very comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Big and wide buffet breakfast for 13e. Strong wifi. Quiet. 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town. High recommend all round.

Hotel room was spacious and clean and no traffic noise. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast normal buffet and hot food. 10 minute walk to center of Reus 20 minutes to train station and also the bus station. Lovely shopping center beside hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Para ser un NH de 4 estrellas, bajo mi punto de vista, adolece de ciertas incomodidades: Los baños son pequeños y en el caso concreto de nuestra habitación (509 creo recordar) la bañera está demasiado alta: es bastante incómoda No puedo hablar del servicio de desayuno, pues estuvimos en régimen de solo alojamiento. El personal sí es amable, una seña de identidad que buscamos y agradecemos en nuestros desplazamientos.

La estancia ha sido perfecta, nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto y muy bien atendidos.repetiremos seguro, confiamos mucho en esta cadena de hoteles.
