i really had a great time in this hotel. Staff name Mr Wang really helpful and very kindhearted to us. He welcomed and treated us with kindness and respect. help us a lot as we cant find halal food so he provide me some snack that we can eat for. All staff here also very friendly. you can also go to cable car just few minutes away by walking. the ambience and environment are very great and amazing. you will not regret for sure. 🫶🏻

hotel is directly opposite chun xi lu MRT exit A. Super convenient. Hotel is clean and with smart xiaomi smart room. 小张 and 小曾 receptionist also very nice.

Stayed in the tatami room for 8 days, it was clean spacious and infact bigger than rooms 1-2 price levels above it. Service was excellent and the staff were helping me every step of the way. Highly recommend this hotel, the location and the price is extremely well worth to stay here

The room I booked is not ready by the time I check-in, so I got a free upgraded to the windows room. Thanks to the staffs xiaozeng and xiaozhang for services.

Photos are true but touched up to be glossier than actual rooms - they are a bit ‘tired’ but fine. There was a problem with our family room so we were given 2 separate double rooms. Initially they wanted us to switch to the family room after one day (after the blocked pipe would be fixed) but after explaining it would be inconvenient to pack and switch rooms, they kindly left us with the rooms. Decent outcome but we missed the family room vibe of one room.

Location is perfect! The rooms need to be better cleaned and service wasn't too bad. Facilities acceptable.

Great location, easy to access to IFS and Tai Gu Li. Subway station right outside of hotel across the road.

The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff has service mind. Though, they can speak only in Chinese, they tried to help us to contact the bus as we forgot the backpack in there. The best thing is that this hotel located nearby IFS. You can see the panda from the room actually. Super convenient for communication. For the cleanliness, I would say that is moderate, not that clean but it’s still acceptable. Downside is that they might allow client to smoke in the room and that caused the room was covered of cigarette smell. I don’t recommend for those who are allergic to cigarettes smoke or smell.

Ms He and Ms Ceng were very friendly and helpful! overall this hotel is worth to stay for few days especially if you enjoy shopping and sichuan food

Xiaozheng and xiaozhang are very nice and help me watch my luggage for such a long time

Location is ok, walking distance to Chunxi Road, the room facilities just average.
